Pharmacy Team is horrible. They don't care about customers or the seriousness of your medication. Efern, the Pharmacy Manager canceled my prescription out of anger because I made a statement saying something didn't make sense. His actions was so unprofessional and so was the lady who put me on hold while I was I was in the middle of a sentence. The lie to me about my prescription, I found out because I called my insurance carrier. I could keep going,, and going. Do not get your prescription from this walgrees!!

The pharmacist is so rude. My moms English is not perfect so I came along with her today because she needed some refills and they've given her a hard time in the past. Right away he said go process the refill online Walgreens is going digital. We'll no thank you sir I am here to help my mom with her prescription can you please process it for us. He proceeds to say I'm only doing it this time. Who does that. Walgreens do better !!! I'm not done. So he says fine it'll be ready in an hour. So I take her to lunch and to run some errands. 3 hours later guess what they're not ready yet SMH guess it's time to look for another pharmacy

This review is for the pharmacy, particularly Kevin. I called him with a question and had a new prescription and also had a certain type of medication brand. I was looking for he took the time to take my call when he couldn’t find that medication he helped me to let me know what options were available and saved me a trip to come down there if they didn’t have what I was looking for. He showed exceptional customer service, and I have to highlight him for that because more often than not It’s not what we’re getting today in the. Great job Kevin?

Pharmacy drive thru should close permanently. The few times I’ve gone, the wait time is about 30 mins! They see you waiting & still walk pass you like “hello I’m here waiting”? Terrible service overall.

Stephanie the Manger is horrible and bad management sad they accept there I did a transaction of beer at 1.45 pm and they canceled my order and it was Stephanie the Management.. They really gotta fix there time schedule bad management they should fired her she is horrible and giving me a attitude
