5:30am on January 6th. I have a medical condition congestive heart failure which I take Lasix for that causes me to go the the restroom at a moments notice. They wouldn't let me use the restroom. Even after I told them I had women issues. They still said no. So instead of having an accident right there in the store I had to go out side in a bush in their parkinglot infront of other customers. I had no other option!. Thats so wrong to make a women with a medical condition feel so Humiliated .What's wrong with people. I hope the employees have to use the restroom a bush outside so they know how it feels.

Pharmacy has very poor customer service. Deployed overseas, when online to have my medication mail to a friend to send to me. In there system medication says pick up with no other option. All to see if I can have it change so I refill and pay online. The pharmacist that answer the phone was very rude and didn't even entertain my problem. As a soldier and veteran. I will never frequent this establishment again.

I love coming to this Walgreens it's convenient and close and always have been open for 24 hrs.. But as of 10/11/2022 It had a note on the door telling everyone that it closes at 11:30 p.m. now. My husband and I came to the Walgreens At approximately 11:00 p.m. and they were already closed. We are so disappointed if Walgreens is no longer 24 hours. Just wanted to let people know be before they go up there thinking that there's open. Sometimes change can be so drastic

I always have a decent experience here. Ya, it's a typical pharmacy but I need prescriptions a lot so I have to pick up meds and they have a convenient restroom avaliable. Sadly, most of them lock up their restroom facilities and it can be embarrassing and inconvenient to have to ask to use a key or what is the code. I do understand that some people like to vandalize and trash the facility and I have seen it in other places but it's just unfair to the rest of us decent customers. I like that this is one of the few walgreens in the area that is still normal. That's why I gave them a good review. Also, the cashiers here were always polite and cheerful and I really value feeling treated like a normal person. Thanks for your help and making me feel like I am special, I truly appreciate you all here!

We made a 4pm appointment for our son's COVID booster shot and arrived 10 minutes early to check in. We waited for the shot. By 4:25pm, still waiting. I asked the front desk techs how much longer and one said "they're drawing the vaccine now." I asked, "So 5 more minutes? 15? 30?". No one responded and I think they tried to ignore me. I said, "So...no answer??" Then the same tech said, "They're drawing it as we speak." Not really answering my question. He eventually got his shot at 4:30pm. I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment is. There was no one else getting shots. Next time we're going to Costco for vaccinations.

Very very disappointed in the customer service in the pharmacy terrible very terrible service very rude I don't understand how this pharmacy is still open with those rude employees very disappointing every time I go they give me attitude very disrespectful don't have patience just rude very unhappy with the pharmacy they need to close our pharmacy down I went yesterday because I have got call telling me that my medicine was ready when I drive up to the window they tell me there is nothing to be refill what the hell is that you guys are calling me ?????? This pharmacy sucks the employees suck the manager from the pharmacy sucks they need to get fired very poor service ..... they shouldn't be getting no start but Ned to share how bad those location is and has been I give up moved to Vons they have way better customer services way better so disappointed in Walgreens pharmacy very sad

I used their minute clinic. Adele was an amazing nurse practitioner. She was very gentle with me and was very kind and helpful. She even called me the next day to check up on me. That's amazing service. If I ever need to use them again I sure will.

One name * EUGENE * , I had questions later in the evening but I refused to call Walgreens , I called CVS , very professional and courteous. I am in Walgreens 5 out of 7 days just for many other items , very glad I don't need to deal with the Pharmacy , Walgreens in general , the staff are very helpful , great and always helpful , quick check outs. The only reason I gave it a one star is because I received my prescription way to many hours later.

Worst, most rude pharmacy staff EVER! I have called in for refill for my 77 year old father multiple times only to be treated extremely rude and ended up hanging up on them. I have now switched to another pharmacy and will not be back.

We had tried to call and go online to get covid testing all week. Each time all Locations in a 10 miles radius along with this one had 0 appointments. We had came to this Location last week and had a pretty good experience so we decided to go back by since we passed by a few times today and no one was in the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and pushed the button. Someone came and we asked could we get a covid test. She said that we needed to make an appointment online. We share that the website had no option ls for the next 2 weeks for any Location close. She then said with a nasty attitude, " That is because we have no appointments available. We are full" She said it so rude and again, no one was there. Would it have been hard to just give us a swab? Regardless, they should have a better process and a better customer service attitude especially to people like us that shop in Walgreens all the time.

I had been coming here to this Walgreens branch for a long time for my medications. The store and the staff here are nice and helpful. However, we have had a mixture of experiences with the pharmacy staff. Through all these times, we have already identified who are the nice ones and the rude ones. Today, I spoke to the pharmacist, I guess. He sounded really annoyed and immediately replied "Busy!" When I asked him how he's doing. Being busy is not a good reason to have a bad attitude towards customers on the phone. In the first place, why would they still accommodate picking up calls when they can just hold off on answering those until things get less busier. Just really rude! Better to switch to another pharmacy.
