yea NO . there are 2places i have a go to for handwash .of ALL the times ive came here very DISSAPOINTING today .?TRYed to have someonefix or even answer my concernz ,NO no NOPE. .one wrkr suggested maybe i shouldve got the higher price ? not even the air freshener was put on (wich comes inpakage)-- no wonder reviews... read full comment

I've been coming here for a car wash since 2008 and they've never disappointed. I've left important documents and change in the cup holders and nothing a has ever disappeared or been stolen. The only downside is the wait time if you're in a hurry, but it doesn't change my review of the Village Auto Spa.

Rushed communication, rushed service, rushed job overall ! Paid for the full interior and exterior to get washed and wasted 350$ for some bull sh**. The car didn't need a deep clean but had stains that weren't even touched by the cleaners ! Save your money and get a better job done at home.
