soo im pretty higg and i was just looking for a liqour store then i seen this one because i just passed another one so i said mhhmmm......its by a casino.....i have to make a u-turn....ahh why not....BTW The review Said the person is super friendly.....im like yeah whatevs.......i go in and theres like no one there........then he comes out like "OOO HELLOO!!"im like ooooo helloo!!lol!!!!i thought this mofo was higher than me!!!lolCOOL SPOT .WONT FEELING LIKE YOUR BEING WATCHED!!!(;

Prices are high for some things and reasonable for other stuff like soda. Overall a good store.

Hi. I picked up my online order of these beautiful wine bags. But one is clearly damaged. I haven't even opened it. Disgusting as to how they deliberately sell items and put them in bags to hope they make the quick buck?

Huge selection and fair prices for everything. I can look around this place for hours! Tonight I went and left my alley and notebook in the shopping cart like a dummy. I had a lot of cash in it like an extra dummy. The employees grabbed it and gave it back to me completely untouched. On top of that they refused to accept a tip for finding it and returning it to me. Great organization and awesome people here. Looking forward to my next trip!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I used to love total wine and would recommend it to everyone I knew. Today my partner was denied purchasing his alcohol because I didn't have my ID on me. I'm 30 years old and pregnant, didn't think I needed an ID because clearly I'm not drinking! I will never return to purchase alcohol here when I can drink again and I will never recommend it here again. BevMo will be our go to and recommendation.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was denied buying a soda because I didn't have my ID. SODA. Clearly if read he's over 30 on his ID but because we "looked" under 30 the manager refused service! Since when do people get carded for soda. Then told to come back tomorrow if I still wanted it. Worst service ever! Don't shop here!

I don't drink, so don't know much about champagne. I stopped here to get a gift for a dinner party and the lady that helped me was so helpful! She explained the different types of champagne and how it can only be called "champagne" if it's from a certain area of France etc. very informative and helped me get a good choice for my friend!

They sell spoiled wine! No they can not give you your money back for product. No they do not even address their negligence. Now i am forced to spend more of my money and time to get store credit because we cant do an even exchange. It's not like I have an option of checking wine before purchase. Or i can wait 10 days to get product freshly shipped in. (No they aren't shipping product in for me) (it's stores normal shipping) don't want to give them customer service credit where its not due. Can my guests wait at my house 10 days? No.

Ordered an Oktoberfest keg, they called to confirm it arrived. When I arrived to pick it up on the Saturday Of our fundraiser. I was told that they sold it on Friday. The Assistant manager Donnie, simply said "there is nothing we can do about it." Proceeds from the event benefit The Wounded Warrior Project. I"m thankful that our vets didn't have that kind of attitude. Not the first time the messed up. Three years ago the sold me the same keg Paulaner Oktoberfest with the wrong tap.

Jeffrey always takes SPECTACULAR care of me. I find him every time I come in and we go on an adventure through the wine sections together. He is unbelievably knowledgeable, and thoughtfully listens to my preferences and makes recommendations for me. I have discovered some favorite new wines thanks to his direction! Look for him whenever you go in here, he will give you everything you need and more!

To reply to Nicole-- I do see there are signs around the store. The manager or whoever the guy was could of asked me instead of telling the cashier not to sell to me. I would have been perfectly fine with showing my ID. I AM THE LEGAL GUARDIAN of the person who was with me. The situation could have been handled better.

I love going here always best low prices on all liquors, which you will not find any other stores. Their classes are top notch, wine tasting is the best and the people that work their are professional and very welcome.
