They hired a mailman can't even speak English and he has no common sense. He left my package on the driveway which people walking by can steal it which they did and scanned the status as "delivered" so I can't even complain to the seller for refund but is the carrier's fault but then it's seller's fault for choosing this incompetent carrier I end up just eat the loss for a $100 DBZ figure

Something needs to change about the drop box inside next to clerks. Anyone can come in and steal packages, it’s not like the workers are paying attention. If you use self kiosk, you should get a code then enter it for the drop box to prevent ppl from possibly stealing. And if lost packages aren’t getting stolen by strangers, it’s most likely a worker/s

I like this post office. The doors open early and stay open late 6am-8pm. I use the self-service kiosk. They also open on Saturdays!

Extremely dissatisfied with this Gardena CA USPS. My package was lost in transit and customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. Avoid going to this USPS if you can.

I go here almost everyday. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of their website it states that the self service kiosk are open till 8pm. I didn’t believe it so I went ahead and tried to go around 7pm and to my surprise, it was open! I was able to get my orders in and scan them.
I tried this again a day or two after and they wrapped chains around the door. Like not even gonna say they locked it because they didn’t lock it. The door opened but a huge chain was there I guess to say that I can’t come in.
USPS needs to be more transparent about their services because I run a business and I often get a lot of my orders around 5pm (assuming because the east coast is online shopping). So I can’t make the deadline at 5:30pm.
And that’s not an issue. But stating on the website that the self service is closed at 8pm is the issue. Tricking people into wasting their gas and having to be lucky they didn’t lock it on a certain day is unacceptable. Just don’t offer it at all problem solved

This post office has a very poor management system. Packages have been lost. No idea where they are at. Poor communication.

This post office has a thief and they are not doing anything about it. This post office has "lost" 2 packages of mine within a couple of weeks and the USPS won't take liability for their own employees stealing packages so all I can do is avoid sellers that ship through USPS because they cannot be trusted to deliver packages. Both packages were delivered to the Gardena post office but had no updates thereafter.

I sent a package overnight to help my friend. The snow delayed it. I spoke with Wanda the post master and she had my package in her hand. She promised to personally drop it off. Well she got 40 foot within the door and turned around left. My friend saw her. The package contained money. A nice amount to help a friend. This lady returned my package in different packaging but had opened it and stole the money. It wasn't " turned in " or accounted for. It's simply gone. She had no right opening my mail. My 5k is gone. I've reported this to the postal inspector. I want stop till Wanda has been reprimanded for the lose of my money. Who put this woman in charge ? A straight thief . Opening mail , stealing and returning the remaining portions of the mail.
