I usually like this location but they need more customer service on Mondays. One person in the front on Mondays. Come on!

Busy post office, six people in line, one at the window, and only one postal worker working. It took 20 minutes to drop off my package a get a receipt.

Have been calling in since the morning, why offer a service if it's not going to be available. Awful

This post office has been understaffed and in decline since the pandemic. The blue box in front was stolen during tax season last year never replaced, all the Saturday hours have been eliminated, they frequently are out of stamps and mail is sometimes delivered at 1030pm in our neighborhood adjacent to it. The problem is that the alternative post office on Redondo Beach Blvd has a horrible parking.

Why do your mail delivery employees always wanna leave packages outside of the mailboxes in apts? Then packages get stolen so easily. Its annoying.

The customer service representative was nice and helpful. She was patient and answered to my questions. Chose the best option for me. Compared to other locations that I want she had outstanding customer service. I will definitely go back to this post office if I have a chance.

Somebody here can’t do there job correctly. I put a intercept request in and it got accepted at this office. Instead of them putting a new label on the package to make sure it comes back to me they left the original label on the package so now my 1000$ MacBook is no where to be found. I will never ship anything through USPS again and would highly recommend to not go to to this post office unless u want ur items to get lost. Managers need to train there staff better absolutely unacceptable. It has been almost a month and my package still isn’t located and nobody communicates at all.

I had the worst experience ever this morning at 9:00 am with the African lady with short hair. I have been here before to deliver my military care packages for my husband. I have had no issues here ever. I have done the customs form online and paid for my fees online to just drop off my care package. This lady was so rude. I almost felt like cursing at her for how bad she was treating me. She tried to tell me that what I have done, I had done it wrong and I had go print out several papers. USPS online now gives you the ability to fill out your international customs forms online and pay your fees at once so that you can just drop off your package. I went with the customs form and receipt given to me by the usps system which is only one paper. I told her that all custom forms had been filed online already and this was the only thing I was given and I always took my care packages here with that only form and had never had that issue before. She was so rude and refused to help me. She returned my paper with an attitude, walked away and completely left me there. I felt so ignored, with nobody able to further assist me. She just turned me away like I did not know what I was doing when I’m a military spouse and I have experience and know how to send care packages for my husbands who’s deployed.Clearly, she didn’t know how to do her job because the other Asian man working there has helped me in the past and has been so helpful. I was forced to drive to another postal office with better customer service and politeness. I should have asked for her manager, but I was so angry and disappointed that I felt the need to go somewhere else who would be willing to assist me. It is unfortunate how bad military families can be treated by incompetent staff at USPS. Let me make it clear: this person in particular was incompetent not all the staff. Please train your staff USPS!!!
