This facility is the absolute worst. Every friday before a holiday weekend they close early and do not delivery packages to our business. They claim that it is due to holiday closures. This is just terrible service. Many businesses rely on deliveries from UPS and to disrupt service for no reason is absurd. Please do better for people that rely on goods to do business and keep UPS in business.

Not happy with the driver that delivers to 1025 McFarland Ave Wilmington Ca 90744.. Claims that he or she made an attempt to deliver my phones.. I want to sue the company and the driver because of this issue… 7/15/24… Don’t ever act like you made an effort to deliver.. Then being on the phone with your customer service was a very bad experience as well.. They are forcing my phone service provider Verizon to send a request for me to pickup my phones..

I wish to give NEGATIVE if I can. They damaged my package and refused to find my package. When I came to the facility, they just told me the package is not here. The package includes the souvenir of our proposal and now is damaged and missing. I won’t use UPS under any circumstance if this is not resolved.

UPS drivers coming from Gardena are lazy. I had multiple overnight packages that were time sensitive, where the driver never bothered to knock or ring the doorbell.
They simply wrote a note saying my package needed to be picked up in person, and left. I have this all recorded on my doorbell camera.
Simply the worst drivers.

I was sent email that my package would be delivered today 4/12/2024 between 11 am and 3:30 pm but my package has been sitting at this facility since 10 am. Then I get notification that delivery will have to be rescheduled but not given any information on when. I call to see what is going on and the Representative tells me it can take 5 days. I live in Lomita and it's going to take 5 days for a 1lb package to be delivered. Ridiculous especially when it was supposed have been delivered today. This is not first time in the 14 years I have been living that this UPS facility does this.

I requested a delivery address modification. It has been almost 48 hours and nothing has changed. I am unable to locate a customer service center to speak directly with a representative. I hope a miracle can happen before noon today as I am due to depart the LA area today.

Not the fault of staff at this location. UPS website and total lack of customer service is the problem. To avoid being a prisoner in my house for a package requiring adult signature it required log in, password, phone verification and $5.99 payment to be able to pick it up here. This is labeled as a UPS Customer Care Center and it is only open 4 hours and only on weekdays?
