I send clothes and shoes to my niece and her kids alot It's just so easy for me. Go in there, get Great customer service and in& out, Also I Always check this box on Amazon even though it costs me a dollar, it's like so convenient. I love going to this location it's just easy for me to do. The store I go to is in Gardena on redondo beach blvd so give them a shout out to as well.

The rep Gen who was helping me was very patient and knowledgeable. I don’t ship all that often so I felt I was a pain but he really made me feel comfortable and it was a breeze

These people here are rude here I fell threatening by the employee I don't like there attitude they complain about personally issue . Don't talk about a problem professional. I don't like them at all are there services One thing a employee suppose to do respect the customer no mater what the comments is . U never argue back are tell off. Sorry people . I wish they get fired find friendly people.

Very bad. I guess owner. Nomally free return ticket print out another branch $1 so I did not ask before I printed out than he ask me $2.88.. and he spend a lot of time than other work.5. He already dud 1 case.

Ridiculous price to print out a SINGLE black and white page.. 2.78!! They ask to send it to their email address then charge for computer use? Save yourself the money and go to the library around the corner.

I've dropped by here several times for Amazon returns and all my interactions have been pleasant. The customer service here is great and everyone is friendly and welcoming (unlike some other UPS locations where employees are sour and disgruntled.) Thank you guys!

Do not get a mail box here everytime I get a package here they never know where it's at, and another thing they had another person connected to my mail box that I didn't even know... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Scam. If you are printing you'd be better off going to another location. They charge almost 3 dollars for them to print your document on top of charging you per page. I paid nearly $4 for 2 printed pages. Total RIP OFF!! The Carson one nearby just charges you per page like most printing places do, do with that information what you will.

Worst out of 3 UPS stores I go to. Keeps u waiting for like 10-15 minutes on average. Stop by here n u will know. People with good reviews here must be co-workers or friends of the store writing partial fake reviews. It's either that or they've never been to other efficient UPS stores. Today has been a minimum 15 minute wait and i'm still waiting. The line is out the door with nearly a dozen customers with only two guys working picking up the phone n all.
