UNITED AUTO COLLISION is one of the best body shops here in Los Angeles! I had a horrible accident, got rear ended, and hit the vehicle in front of me...my car was almost totaled but UNITED was able to save my vehicle when I believe the adjuster would have killed my car!!!!! They did an amazing job with a fresh paint, I had my car back in less than 30 days!!! Everyone on staff was professional, and very helpful with my process! JOSE and JOSH were exceptional, they went above and beyond! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I talked to a representative His name is Memo. I brought in my vehicle got an estimate and was told I would get a call back. I waited several days and was told he forgot about it. I called again and was told i would get a call back. Memo no longer bothers to answer the phone when I call. it has been a WASTE OF TIME and energy trying to coordinate with this company. Dont' bother coming here. they willjust keep giving you the round about.

Poor work. Paint peeling off in less than a year. Parts of car left in worse condition then before i left it.
