Their customer service team is phenomenal. I didn't rent a truck but I ordered an exhaustive amount of moving supplies - boxes, tape, furniture wrap, china packing boxes, wardrobe containers, etc. My mother passed away and I had to pack her 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.

Knowledgeable staff and very adaptable. I was not able to access the truck they originally booked for me and they quickly pivoted me to a new truck and got me in my way.
