“? my representative Mr.trayshun and Mr.kevin Miss L and the u-Haul team representatives are all to the highest caliber very intelligent found solutions made adjustments very friendly very patient willing to hear you out completely it is truly the best representatives I have had the pleasure of speaking with. there are many agents they are all wonderful. I just need to mention that because it is a great team! But I would like to see all my representative from my phone conversation and in person to be recognized. I would like somebody to personally thank them for me one more time because I am not in that building or the work place to do it myself. so I ask you please give them many thanks and of course, the managers and supervisors also need to be recognized. “It’s been a joy working with Hertz Lyft rental program for the second time around since December 2023- Today. They vehicles were always ready and clean. The staff was always thorough, kind, and professional, very knowledgeable of all vehicles, and information needed, and prompt since day one… Became good friends with the entire staff hate to go but I now have my own vehicle and Lyft Duty calls… Humberto the manager fantastic and Luis fantastic!!!
