The clerk was friendly and picked up the phone quickly.I guess I must have an uncommon toner. The generic was pretty much the same price as the actual HP branded toner at other stores and they didn't carry the HP one. They were willing to budge a little on the price but I'm not paying 75% of the name brand price for a generic/remanufactured (he didn't seem clear on which it was) with no listed or available page yield. They did not carry the name brand toner or I would've happily purchased. They seem willing to order whatever you need if you aren't in a time crunch.Tried to support local business ??♀️ may be a better fit for you if you have a common printer or more time

Jeff is amazing, he helped our small business with our printing solutions. We bought a Sharp Copier that he recommended and he personally came out installed and set it up for us. I highly recommend calling them instead of wasting money on an expensive lease. Amazing customer service, thank you so much Jeff!

I ran out of ink cartridges for my printer and went to TonerLand ... what a refreshing experience ... I met Ben, the present owner, who puts customer service first. He shared with me that the previous owner almost "ran the business into the ground" ... and that's why there are mixed reviews ... From my experience I sense that TonerLand will be all ***** going forward Their cartridges are much better than LD Products in Long Beach. I had been a customer there for years ... got a couple of bad cartridges ... called them and said they would replace them but I would have to pay the shipping ... that "policy" = "the 9th inning" ... no mas ... closed my acct of 10 years. Yup ... from now on I'm with TonerLand ... should have listened to my Torrance computer guru, Steve Baylie, who suggested TonerLand a couple of years back

That's all fine & dandy & all true IF you can get there in the short short time they're open... I can't. Bankers have more hours open than they do! AT LEAST stay open till 5pm.

Had a really good experience here recently! I called in for a HP 972 Toner cartridge for some printing in a pinch - they had the combo pack available and it was waiting for me at the counter. Prices were competitive! Really great customer service and very knowledgeable about the products. I look forward to supporting this business in future and purchasing a new printer. Happy I found this place!

This is a great place to get ink jet cartridges for a LOT LESS than the retail stores. I have never had a problem with them and they stand behind their products and there more than half off the ridiculous retail store price.
