Too many empty drive up spots. Not enough general parking. Not enough check stands open. Two staff sitting on stools at self checkout. Three checkouts open with extremely long lines. LOTS of staff standing around talking. This is every time I come here. Really easy to if management would just do a better job at managing.

As has been mentioned in several other recent reviews, this is the worst Target in the South Bay area (the one by the Galleria is a close second). Customer service is non existent, the shelves are poorly stocked, and the front check out area is an absolute mess.Recently stopped in here to get some storage bins. Of course there were no lids. Shelf literally says to ask for an associate. No one in the general area (of course) so I walked down to the electronics area where 4 associates were chatting. Asked if someone could check in the back and go hit with shoulder shrugs and the "if it's not on the shelf, then we're out of stock," line. No one bothered to go to the back to actually check or look up to see if a nearby store had them in stock. Then there's the parking lot. An absolute obstacle course with dips and speed bumps and three way stop signs. Nearly half of the front parking area is dedicated to Drive Up pickup and the Raising Canes built in the middle of the lot further adds to the congestion.If you're in the area and need to go to a Target, drive up Van Ness to 120th and go to the Target there. Ample parking, slightly better stocked shelves, and, well, the front end is still a mess.

The ladies at the self check out line was playing around and they were long lines, and they close the the line before the store closed and we're all looking around ready to get out. It was a couple people that wanted to self check out. I feel like they should at least leave a line open for cards only or something but the girl that told us we couldn't use the line was very rude. She was short had a ponytail. Her hair was gold very rude. I didn't get to see her name but it's late and that was disgusting to treat customers that way.

This is the WORSTTTT Service !!!!! I had to wait over an hour for my pickup when they said it was ready just for them to cancel the whole entire order !

Parking lot is the worst thing about this place! Half of it is dedicated to Curbside Pickup, but every time I come here, there's less than 5 cars doing curbside. So inefficient! Sometimes you have to park way across the street at the Raising Canes, which gets congested on weekends.This store is also not well stocked. I see lots of empty shelves and the shopping experience is just overall sad.

Came here while I was waiting for a table at Lomeli's nearby. Parking was easy to find and there was a champurrado and elote guy in the lot so I knew this Target was going to be good and it was! They had a Starbucks inside so I got an iced coffee then I saw they had an Ulta and was on cloud nine. Got all my makeup restocks and hair care products and was out of there in 25 minutes, tops!

I had to run in and return some items I purchased yesterday. 8:00-9:00 Mon-Fri have always been ideal for me. Christian was very quick & efficient.

This location is the slowest for drive up service I've ever had . I go to other drive ups and have never had to wait this long for two small items pulse ox and 1 - pkg of 4 AAA batteries . Ridiculous almost a whole hour of waiting !

The two guys in the tech department wearing the blue shirts that say " tech " on them have no customer service skills whatsoever. Whoever hired them should seriously reconsider ! On my visit to the store I asked for Help from them they said someone would be right there although they were both just standing behind the register not helping anyone. So I don't see why I had to wait. And on top of waiting while they're there doing nothing , my mom went back and asked if anyone was coming politely and one of the guys yelled at my mother saying " hold on someone's coming " I don't appreciate nobody yelling at my mom. And they're lucky I didn't make a scene. D*** & Dumber should be taken off the sales floor if they're not gonna do nothing but stand around and let customers wait for other employees when they're clearly capable of doing the same thing.

Young lady that served me was pretty helpful. As i was a visitor, she explained which were the best network sims to get that offered the best deal and had my sim inserted and set up.Got the 3 in one sim kit.Phone works fine and have internet connectivity.Awesome ??

My Favorite Target Location to visit. Always find what I need including 100 other items I dont need. A+ for Sephora being included in this store to avoid the busy Del Amo Mall Sephora. Employees offer help everytime when someone looks lost or frusterated. I have been helped mutliple time as my facial expressions are not oblivious. Havent seen one employee that does not have a smile while working which is rare in other Target locations. I appreciate the emplees stocking items during working day hours vs only the overnight shift. Keep it up Management!

I placed an order for online pick up at 4:30 pm and it said it would be ready in 2 hours. I called the store at 6:30 pm because the app said that it was still processing. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone. I called a total of 6 times to the pick up/ customer service ext and was not able to get anyone on the phone. I was already irritated at this point, but decided to wait another hour. At 7:30, I called back and still no answer and so I walked into the store and went to the return section because there was noone working at the online pick up section, which btw, was a huge mess. The clerk at the other counter pretty much told me what I saw online, it wasn't ready. So I walked to the aisle, grabbed my item, checked out and canceled my online order. They seem to be either really short staffed or management's not doing their job. I won't be ordering online pick up again from them. If you want consistent, great customer service for online pick up orders, do it with Walmart. They are on top of it every time I order online with them. They'll send you notifications and even called me to tell me where to park because they knew that I was in the parking lot looking for where to pick up my items. Other than that bad experience, this target is pretty usual when compared to the rest, although, I have noticed that it's gotten a lot busier now than usual. Parking can sometimes be hard to find. The dressing rooms are messy all the time because on numerous occasions, there's noone attending and so the rooms get filled with clothes that are left on the hooks. The staff are nice though, I've never had any issues when asking for help in the store. The also have a Starbucks inside, which is awesome. It's a nice, convenient location and I'll be coming back but I won't be ordering for pick up again lol. What a nightmare.
