A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. My son's LAX head broke and it was still under warranty. Submitted a claim to StringKing and it was approved within an hour. Got the replacement head ordered and it'll be here in a few days. Easy, painless process. It's great when companies stand by their products and take care of their customers. Thank you, StringKing

All I can say is that their customer service blew me out of the water. My daughter’s mesh unfortunately ripped within the warranty period. So I called StringKing and they advised me to fill out a warranty claim. Trevor W. was able to review the warranty claim and help us fulfill the replacement head within 24 hours. I ended up ordering a backup stick and an extra mesh 4. Not only does my daughter love her Stringking sticks, her friends loved how light they are and the high pocket too. Thank you Trevor and StringKing for your excellent customer service and excellent communication.

My company purchased one of your masks for each employee and we love them. They are very comfortable, don’t work down when talking, and seal pretty well around my nose so my glasses don’t fog up as much as other branded masks. These are the mask of choice.Thanks for making a great American product!

This is a great company with stellar customer service. I had a minor issue with an order of masks and received a personal phone call about it and upon resolution the company generously sent a free mask. I have also found that the StringKing masks are the best fitting ones I have yet to use and best of all they are made in the USA!. I will definitely be doing more business with StringKing.
