These two ladies working there are rude. When they feel like not cleaning they say the restroom doesn't work. They took away full access from going in there and when they felt like messing with me they would left me have access one night then the next day no access. I would never recommend that storage to no one while those two are working there.

They raise the price all the time. The facility is not climate controlled, it's a big warehouse space with makeshift plywood storage units sloppily constructed in it. The units are basically cubicles as they only have literal chicken wire for ceilings, this lack of a ceiling on the units results in your belongings being covered with kinds of dust, dirt, and grime that blows in from outside because they typically leave these huge metal roll up security doors open during the day. The locking apparatus they have on the doors are cheap, even if you buy the best lock, the mechanism you put the lock on is cheap and doesn't feel secure (plus there's only chicken wire stopping people from climbing up and over into your unit). On top of all that the lighting is terrible. The units are very, very dark, even with the lights on as most of the bulbs are burned out in the overhead light fixtures. The lights all work off of timers as well with dials that you have to crank on at the head of each isle, when you crank the dial all the way you only get 30 minutes before the lights shut off and you need to walk down the isle and reset them. This is such an inconvenience that I actually ended up buying a couple headlamps I take with my when I need to go there. Bathrooms are decent I guess, pretty clean, but often the bathrooms aren't even open and there's hardly ever any staff there to ask to open them. As for the staff, they are hardly there in my experience, so I've had very little interaction with them (which typically I'd prefer). When I was in the process of moving in they were very nice, and accommodating. Every other interaction I've had with them has been very unpleasant. They are very rude, to the point of straight up approaching you on an egotistical power trip, looking for any reason they can find to reprimand you. It really seems like they enjoy it too, it's sick stuff and probably some expression of mental illness (in my opinion). They also can be very passive aggressive, unfair, and sketchy as well. For example (and the incident that inspired me to finally leave a review), right now I'm sitting outside the facility in my car writing this because for some reason when I enter my access code, instead the gate rolling open as it should, the reader displays a "see manager" prompt, and denies me access to my unit. I've never missed a payment, never had a late payment, and they have all my payment information on file to charge me automatically each month. I've had this storage unit for several years, since moving in the rate I pay them has more than doubled. And still, no missed and no late payments. There is no acceptable reason for denying me access to my property, in my unit, that I've paid for. But then again I can't say that for sure BECAUSE I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. I was never given a reason as to why my access has been revoked, even though its paid for already. Let's say I broke some rule, which I'm not aware that I have, I should have been sent a notice saying "you've broken some rule, your access is revoked". But even then, until when? Like what is going on here? Again let's say I broke a rule, it would be the first time I did so over the many years that I've been a customer here, what does revoking my access achieve? Is it a precursor to eviction? For a first offense by a customer who's been here for years? And pays a lot of money to be here? Even in that unreasonable and unlikely worst case scenario is it even legal to revoke access during a time period that is already paid in full for? Shouldn't I have been sent a notice saying "we're evicting you, be out by this date"? I DONT KNOW. BECAUSE I WAS NEVER SENT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. What do they think they're doing here? As I said, very passive aggressive, unfair, and sketchy behavior by the staff. I know this is long but that's not even the worst of it.
