I come to this Staples for my business printing as it's convenient. Each time if the order isn't correct there's an issue with the type of paper. I had an order where I brought my own paper & it was accepted by an employee. I came again on a different day & was told I couldn't use the paper cause it's for inkjet printers and they have laser printers. Now, that's totally fine but if it was accepted before then it should be accepted any other time. The rules shouldn't fluctuate depending on the employee at the printing department.

I'm sad that the Office Depot closed down off of 190th. This is my alternative. This review is in regard to the staff member at the copy and mailing section. I was in need of a copy machine since my printer broke down. I needed assistance in how to transfer info to the copy machine. He explained the options and it was an easy experience for printing and making copies. Second item to complete was to overnight a letter and package via UPS. The worker was managing both the copy area and mailing area in addition to fielding many questions from everyone who came up to the desk. He was so helpful and pleasant despite being so busy. I appreciate the assistance! I was impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be back!

The staff here are so nice! Came towards the end of the night & was helped by a nice younger guy to buy some ink for my printer. He said we made his night for joking around with him a bit. Wish I got his name for this review! The store was nice & organized. I was able to find what I needed very easily. They even had "hot deals" near the cash registers where everything was really cheap. Parking was easy since theres a humongous parking lot outside. Would definitely come here again to get whatever office supplies I need.

Awful staff at the drop off counter for the UPS etc.They intentionally ignore you while they attend to their own tasks etc.They always keep me waiting for more than 10 minutes when I just need to drop off a UPS box etc.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this particular location. The Gardena / Harbor Gateway. The staff is excellent in general. The managers and long time employees go above and beyond to help me even when I'm being extra needy. The security also are welcoming and friendly. They are patient and never have any type of attitude with me. I'd have to say that the negative reviews were probably isolated incidents or when the store was particularly busy, I mean, it can get stressful. But mostly I've noticed it's due to the impatient and unkind customers. For the most part the staff does the best they can. I've witnessed some horrible customers get so mean to the employees. MULTIPLE times. This isn't concierge at the The Ritz Carlton people - get over yourselves and stop being petty and rude to the staff.

I don't know how to express my gratitude towards an associate who works here her name is Carmen I wish I had knew her last name so I could post it as well but she treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy and professionalism I have ever experienced in a private or public setting she is a wonderful human being that obviously takes pride in what she does it was so simple what she helped me with yet it went a long way without her help I could have not finished the project of the picture I posted it was a project I needed to do for a opening of a restaurant of which the paint store cannot match the colors thus I needed to print out a larger photocopy of the painting instructions and what they had sent me was too small she took the time to fix what I needed and make it bigger so the paint store can match the Pantone colors off of the print to say the least everything went smoothly after that I tell you I had a rough day and she just made it that much easier because of the care she took to take care of my needs I can't praise her enough

Horrible customer service!!! They don't even look at you today we will be with you next. I waited for the Amazon returns and they made me wait for. Good long while so I left. I came back a few days later and it was no better but they did return my items but so u helpful and the rude lady with the tattoos. She needs another profession causes she rude and sleeping on the job!!! The management here don't manage their people and are probably sleep or in the back watching TikTok

Came to purchase Liquid-Armour( name of item) for my new phone. I asked for a price match, the same individual attending me happen to be the manager, named Renee. She flat out told me "NO" even after I asked her to look up my account and see for herself that I have purchased this item twice in the last month with the price matched from a different vendor. She disregarded me completely and yelled out " NEXT” for the next person in line...lol what does one say about that? Lol

I visit this location very frequently for personal and business projects. The printing department is always exceptional. They are professional, patient and efficient. Recently I was helped by Axel who was the epitome of exemplary customer service. This is absolutely my go-to location.

I see some of the reviews for this store are not good.Although, my review is great. I received such wonderful customer service from the employees at this store. From the security guard you greeted me as I walked in, to lose who approached me to see if I needed help. I did need help and he helped me and didn't rush. Also since I was still in the store another employee named Raeshawn asked if I needed help and I did. He was very thorough in helping me and took his time to make sure I understood everything I was asking about.Last but not least the cashier, she was kind and asked if I had a rewards account which I did and she helped me with it. I received excellent customer service from all the employees I encountered. Thanks Staples!! Keep up the good work to the employees I encountered!! I recommend this Staples!!

The worst staples in California please do not waste your time coming in go to the Downey location. The print staff are super lazy and never want to do the 1 hr. Service horrible! The staff is so rude it's always the same thing here in this location.

Worst place everrrrrr not enough employees and manager had the worst attitude ever with a huge bump on her lip not humble at all ! Stood in line forever employees always frustrated .....and any job needed will take forever because they are always "backed up "

Rude customer service. At checkout, employee didn't even say a word to me. No hello, how are you doing? She only spoke when I asked for a receipt and she responded with, "u requested an email receipt." Oh I forgot I'm sorry. But have a nice day, tall grumpy lady with a mask with no professional manners at all. Please go get another job where u have limited to no interaction with people because clearly you're not cut out for the job!
