Bought the mattress 3years ago we have a 10yr warranty our mattress is sunken in in certain parts someone came out to look so it can be replaced why are they saying it's not bad enough to be replaced, so we're stuck with this mattress until they decide it should be it should be replaced. Oh and it's supposed to be extra firm. BERT MARSHALL?????????????

Don't work here! You can find a better job anywhere else. All of the old pissed off dudes that have it ever gotten raises let alone vacation time are always giving the younger English speaking guys trouble and the management will ask you to jump from one thing to the next without so much of a thank you not to mention the low pay.

I spoke with Adan R. with customer service, Sit & Sleep, I explained to him that the mattress that I purchased by mistake was to firm for me, it’s a great mattress, however, I have issues with my back so I need a softer mattress, he was very understanding and helpful, he asked me to please try out the mattress for one more month because it takes a couple of months to break in and If it still doesn't work out for me, he will be able to offer me a final exchange, I agreed. I truly appreciate that very much! Thank you Adam ?

My husband of 45 years & I were hit with devastating news re his health. I called for guidance & support. Anita was efficient, price sensitive, understanding & calming. She helped me select an adjustable bed after I told her my husband was suddenly bed ridden & was too long for the full bed in the guest room where we had to put him and he needed assistant in reclining. I am full of happy tears when I told my husband “good” news - a new adjustable queen bed would arrive tomorrow.
