“This review is based on my three years experiences sending packages to out of States, mostly to Seoul, Korea. Four times a year, I mean I have sent packages more than 10 times for three years with this company. I founded the organization three years ago, sending English children's books to other countries such as India, Mexico, Nicaragua, south Asia, and Korea in need. Every time the package made 15 to 20 Home Depot small moving boxes (2,000-3,000 books), and I brought them here by myself to save money. Secure and satisfied. After getting packages, they checked my packages several times, wrapping them, emailed me to make sure, and my package finally sent to the destinations. It took about three weeks and I have never disappointed at all. Everything really securely handled and people who got my packages were satisfied all the time. Very affordable. First time, I got a invoice and I couldn't believe my both eyes. it's amazingly affordable. Still I don't believe the price I paid. “I'm sad that the Office Depot closed down off of 190th. This is my alternative. This review is in regard to the staff member at the copy and mailing section. I was in need of a copy machine since my printer broke down. I needed assistance in how to transfer info to the copy machine. He explained the options and it was an easy experience for printing and making copies. Second item to complete was to overnight a letter and package via UPS. The worker was managing both the copy area and mailing area in addition to fielding many questions from everyone who came up to the desk. He was so helpful and pleasant despite being so busy. I appreciate the assistance! I was impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be back!”

After the security guard checked my ID, I parked the car near the entrance, and a young slim worker came to greet us and offered to help immediately. “Love this shop, every time I come here I find more than what I'm looking for. The owner Lue is very professional and funny, he can definitely style you for any event if you need help or just need another opinion. The store has recently been remodeled and all the clothes are also color coordinated to help you find what you're looking. Also needed something very last minute but it was after store hours, I just reached out to their IG page (@swagg_bootique) to hold it for me the next day and he told me he'd stay open later & that any time a customer needs something last minute he'd be available to meet me at the store to purchase items. This is something other stores definitely don't offer! The clothes are very cute and there's something here for everyone & they give the best customer service I've received at any clothing store or private boutique. I definitely recommend.”
