Just went in to sign up for their membership and was greeted with horrible rude attitude. The lady who help me didn't even look at me. She just stared at her computer and the first thing she says is "Yeah, what do you need?" with attitude. Is that really how you greet a customer...? Asked her about membership and she just answered back with one word answers. She then proceeds to tell me to go on their website if I can get a better deal on there for membership. I asked her about how I receive my card, membership number etc and she just kept giving me answers like she was annoyed. You're working in "Member Services" department! I just gave up, walked out and went to Costco. No wonder Costco as business is so much better in all aspects...

Went to go to get gas at Gardena's store. Waited in line and when I got to the pump I tried using the famous Sam's App. Well, guess what, because the reception was so poor I could t get gas. Because I have been able to do everything with the app I didn't have a physical card, I had to leave the line and go into the store and try again!!! A fast trip turned into an ordeal and had to stand in line for so long.I am a new Sam's Club customer, I'm not sure I want to renew next year. Please have a better way of checking out inside the store, or more workers. Upgrade the gas pumps for better quality WIFI and quicker way for the customer to use the QR codes

Curbside pick up is supposed to be fast and convenient but the store is always "backed up" making the wait an additional 20-30 minutes. The customer service is terrible except for the young men that work at the gas pumps.

Horrible place to shop the workers here did not help one bit ii left my cart on the side to go to the food court jjst like everyone else and for some reason a worker took my cart ii took less then 5 min no one knew anything about or could not locate my car all they said was oh we can't help you now ii have to wait in customer service which takes there sweet time to help ppl out jjst to get my money back hate coming to this sams club there is always an issue here go to the one on Carson st they have way better service and none of these headaches they have hereNow ii have to spend another day and drive to the Carson one and regret everything thank you sams club of Gardena do better

First. I really like Sam's club. Use the gas station all the time. Huge fan of scam and go. Because of scan and go, I can go anytime and not worry about crowds. But let's get to why it's rated so low. It takes 10 minutes to get out of the store because of the person scanning the receipt and your items. It's ridiculous that you have to wait in line again just to be TSA screened to get out. Here is scan and go so you can breeze through. Oh wait here's a line to get out. It's not like they don't trust the scam and go people. If you wait in a checkout line you still have to wait to be screened to leave. This isn't a new problem and that makes it seem like management doesn't care about the customer.

This place is so traffic when it's busy. Has what I need and the Scan n Go app feature is the main reason why I shop here rather than Costco. So Convenient. I'm scanning all my items on my iphone, paying on my iphone while walking straight to the exit, skipping all the long lines. Very cool.

Worst bakery. They treat customers like they're stupid. always saying we cannot take orders for this weekend because we're full. It Monday today and my order was for Saturday .always saying "Sorry we are out of that. Sorry we cannot icing." Always so unhelpful. They are lazy. I get so mad knowing that I have a local Sam's club and I to drive miles and miles to get better service. Today I went and I just asked a simple question , the lady said she couldnt help cuz all Sam's club are different I was like "different cakes, icing , flavors?" She like well we're different they were so difficult or she was difficult but it's not the first time ... few times, and I've heard so many other stories from others from the same location.Other Sam's clubs bakery ARE NOT like this one.

Sam's club curb side pick up has been seriously letting me down lately. I checked in at 3:07 it is now 3:40 and I don't have my order. I was better off going inside. I love the store, love the prices but I hate waiting so long for my orders.

Horrible customer service and quality of service. I placed an order this morning to pick up from 1-2pm. I called customer service and they passed me from one to another to another person just to say it was barely ready. Came by to pick up my order to find out that it is still not ready (take note its almost 5pm). Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I am a member but the app doesn't work at the gas station. I can't get gas and they can't give me a membership card to get gas. Why am I paying for a membership? Horrible service. I wait 20 minutes in line and then can't get gas and no one can help me.

Food place told us the only way to get a fountain drink is if we payed for an icee so we did then told us the soda fountain is not working because it didn't have the attachments to it. It's been an almost into opening , all it is is snapping them back on but instead they chose to a container full of dirty ones soaking infront of the machine instead for anybody to just grab. Orale pues.

It's ok for certain things. I joined to get the cheaper gas and the credit card pays for itself. Their Sam's stuff are cheaper . Their rotisserie chicken is cheap , I haven't tasted it lol. I always do the self checkout since I don't buy a lot. It's quicker with paying on line

This is the second time dealing this bad attitude cashier. I didn't get her name but she's argumentative and threw my receipt on the counter because she didn't didn't or wasn't paying attention when I was ordering.. If I wasn't in a rush I would've went to the manager. I work with the public and get cursed from homeless patients but I smile and continue my work with a poker face.

Irritated, if you don't want to work just say that. Went there Saturday about 6:00 to order a whole pizza. The cashier told me they're not accepting any more orders for whole pizzas at the moment they're only selling individual sizes which I looked it is probably a total of five up there. She says they have a lot of orders but my thing is if they ran out of the individual slices they would for sure place a whole pizza in the oven to continue to serve the customers. It's not like I was in a rush I would understand if I had to wait. So it really doesn't make any sense to me what was said I just didn't have the energy to argue. Next time I'll just order eight individual slices if we're going by the logic they're giving customers
