I usually go to another location but went to the Gardena one this time. I am so sorry I cannot remember the lady's name but she was so nice and so informative! She helped me pick out everything I needed to dye my hair purple! I cannot wait to update this review with pictures. You could tell she knew her stuff and enjoyed working there...I mean who wouldn't it is a girls dream come true to be around beauty products. I will defiantly go back and I am glad I found a closer location to my home.

The gentleman who helped me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always like going to this Sally's as I've never had a bad experience and I always walk out learning something new. My hair color tuned out amazing thanks to his advice.

On 7/12/22 I called with butterflies looking for L'Oréal HiColor in a honey blonde, they had it! I rushed over and was greeted by all staff present, offered help (although the store is self explanatory) and even had conversation with one of the staff members named Quanda. She rocked a lovely blonde short hairdo & encouraged me that some color would look nice in mine! I was a little nervous about coloring my hair since I've never done it, but I felt a lot more confident after speaking to her! Thanks sis

It was time to get rid of the long hair (to Locks of Love) and as aging would have it, it was also time to transition and embrace my natural salt and pepper hair. I did some research on how to get this done and the one thing required (since I have Asian multiple-dyed to black hair) was to bleach. The 2nd option was to grow it naturally. Welp... bleaching it is! I looked up a few reputable products and learned they had it here, so that's the reason I came through. I found the one thing I needed and thought I was done with that. I went into a browsing mode after that and I must have looked confused or lost or something, so I was asked if I needed help. I told them, out of curiosity which bleaching products they would recommend. I was told what I got was good, "but you need to get a couple more things..." They suggested mixing oil with the bleaching mix, after care conditioner and toner for every-other-day use to help nourish my hair. (They explained bleaching hair can be horrendously damaging with any hair, so it's important to nourish it back ASAP.) I explained this was a first for me and that I was a little nervous, but they were incredibly encouraging and supportive. "A new you on 2022!" said one of them, which was kinda cool. So, yeah. They were so SOOOO helpful. The bleaching process is a one-and-done for me (I won't need it anymore now that I have begun the transition) and I'm so glad I came through here. I wouldn't have learned about the many during and after processes if not for them. Great experience! Will always be my go-to for beauty supplies if needed!

This place was honestly my go to place since i was 10 years old im 22 now and omg the service here now is just trash dont waste your time spending money in this place cause they have the worst attitude here you can tell they hate there job but you dont have to treat me differently!

I went to pick up a product from this store. Before arriving I had a sales associate on the phone and told him I was arriving a momentarily. He confirmed they had in stock the exact product I was looking for. I asked him to bring it to the cash register, just as I was arriving minutes before the store was to close. I still had him on the phone at 4:58 PM while I was standing at the doorway, only to find the door locked. With him still on the phone I summoned BRENDA. She refused to permit the sale. She said the cash register was closed at 4:59. That was a LIE. I was standing there at 4:58 PM looking through the door. I showed her the time on the phone. I asked what kind of manager would close the store early and turn away immediate sales while I still had them on the phone and they knew I was coming for an immediate pickup. Along with her dishonesty and poor work ethics, assistant manager BRENDA has a horrible attitude. I left at 5:02 feeling very dissatisfied. Assistant manager BRENDA clearly does not have Sally Beauty, or their customer's, best interests in mind and should be terminated for cause. Surely better people can be found to represent Sally's good products.

This place is no joke, the people that work in this store need more experience, they don't know what they are doing, to start they need to do something with there hair, all three employees there hair looks so so bad that you are afraid to ask them for help us for our hair and they don't know anything, the owner needs to get better employees I have been to other Sally's and they are very friendly, if this employee don't do there job right or fix there hair that looks so-so bad you need to closed this store I will never come to this store again
