This office double charged me and they weren't helpful in resolving the issue. I also had to take my car back in because they messed up on the wipers.

So exhausting... The problem was with Customer Service Reps. Input the wrong location, when I tried to correct it. Was given the run around, placed on hold wayyy to long 1 hr. plus when asked to speak to a supervisor or to be transferred to the Gardena facility or given the direct number, rude reps. This was going to be my first time using the mobile service. Since I was going to be at work, thought it would be convenient for me. WRONG!!! Was called by the Inglewood facility asking me if I had adequate coverage? But wait! Inglewood? I originally scheduled appointment with the Gardena facility. The Gardena facility is close to work and home. I should have been informed, before scheduling the mobile appointment regarding the adequate coverage issue. Would have not had a problem coming in for the repair. No one has control over the elements. But for future references, wouldn't it make sense for the company to provide adequate coverage for their technicians? The technician called me to reschedule the appointment due to the rain. Soooo frustrating ? In closing because it's ALL exhausting. I was finally able to correct the facility and schedule my appointment to have repairs in-house 7am. For the future I pray no more burglary or vandalism to my car. Should I have use of Safelite services it's in-house appointments for me. My tech was very courteous and repaired my window within the given time 90min. Paid my deductible and was on my way to work.

Urgently needed to get my driver side glass replaced. Someone tried to break into my work truck in the middle of the night. I called and explained my situation quoted me 900$ for the windshield and 400 for the side window. I was desperate so I said okay. I was told I would get called and never did. Been 3 weeks and they haven’t reached out to me. I found a spot that charged me 600& for both windows. Don’t recommend this place extremely overpriced.

I've been waiting for my replacement glass for more than three months. They've canceled multiple appointments, first telling me they have the glass, then telling me they don't. I don't know why they've chosen to string me along for this long. My original appointment was July 15. It is now October 18. They keep saying they'll call me back with updates. I've gotten two calls from them in three months. I've worked with two other Safelite shops, and I never had any complaints with those shops. This place won't even let me switch to a different shop because they keep telling me they've "procured" the glass. Yeah? Where is it? The only positive thing I have to say about the Gardena shop is the receptionist is friendly. The parts manager needs to find a new line of work.

I currently work as a fleet maintenance supervisor at a company and end up bringing a lot of vehicles here and Monica Is always very helpful and makes the drop offs and pick ups very easy. She is always very helpful and an amazing person up front. Dennis has come to our location a few times and everytime I see him both there at our location and at this location, he always has the best and biggest smile! Always makes my day better seeing this guy. This location is amazing definitely recommend bringing a vehicle here. Monica and Dennis always make it better at the end of the day. Good job, you guys.

Fast and convenient, also had a small issue a few days after the new windshield installation was installed and they came out to me and fixed it. Free of charge. I'm very happy with the service and will be my go to place from now on.

Poor service- had a small chip on the windshield- they said they'll fix it- no change on before and after photos. Very poor customer service- asked to talk to manager for a full refund but no manager available... they play games with you- They said its fixed but it wasn't- be careful -scam practices...youve been warned.

Monica at the front desk at the Gardena location is the WORST. She is not friendly or helpful or useful in any way. To top it off she will make fun of your situation and mock you. Beyondddd poor service from her. Ive worked and managed in CS for over 15 years and not once have I come across a situation where that would be okay. Safelite.. if Monica is still with you.. she is causing your company a great disservice. Had I been able to put zero stars I would have because of her.

The rubber moldings are all ripped and they put a wrong window so it doesn't even close.

They don't even deserve one star. I called them to see if they could help me replace my car window for my Honda Accord, and their reply was, "No, we can't help you." They never gave me an explanation why they couldn't help me. Never will I ever recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone, ever. Worst company.

They don't deserve any stars on here but whatever because they have been giving me the runaround for 3 weeks, they either don't answer or put you on hold 3+ hours. Then I tried to call their customer service line, they basically had an answering machine answer and even that machine hung up on me. So if your looking to have your glass replaced or anything like that pls don't bother making an appointment.

Beware of this place, took my car here and came out with chipped paint and scratches on my car. They did a horrible job, my car whistles when I drive on the freeway and I have a gap from the windshield to the body of the car.I also forgot to mention the black glue that is in the paint of my car.Already fixed the whistling part of the windshield at another location which was a lot more helpful.

My wife took our 2022 VW Taos in yesterday to get the windshield replaced due to a crack. Car was ready to be picked back up within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the way it came out.

DON'T USE SAFELITE - THEY INSTLLED FAULTY GLASS AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARANTY TO FIX IT!My windshield was cracked and I called Safelite. They sent a tech to come out and replace the glass. Immediately after I drove the car, the front camera and several sensors quit working. I called and they agreed to fix it based on their "Lifetime warranty". Someone else came out and recalibrated the camera. As soon as I drove it, the camera quit working. I called safelite and this time they made me take it to the garage in Gardena. I told them that it's not the calibration, but they would not listen and just recalibrated the camera and it stopped working immediately again. I called the dealer and they told me it's most likely faulty glass. I called Safelite and they told me the only way to fix it is to go back to the garage and the rep hung up on me. I am in an endless loop.
