We are an Auto Repair Shop in North Florida and ordered a used Wiring Harness for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT. It was a very hard part to find (Cadillac stopped making it and there was no aftermarket part) but we found it at
Rex Used Auto Parts in Gardena, CA. We are VERY happy with the part and especially the OUTSTANDING customer service they provided. Their rep went above and beyond with his customer service from taking multiple pictures to dropping the package off himself on his way home. This type of service is unheard of when dealing with used parts providers, it was even better service than what Cadillac would have provided. Called them by phone to check if they have the part I was looking for they said yes we have after driving all the way and checking in their office they no we don't have it
