They saved me after 5 hours of trying that AAAI will return my car home after I take my car to the workshop for an estimate, they did not want to take it, this AAA really bad service.

Had a challenging day with my boat trailer tire today. However, things got better quick once Nick with Red`s Gardena Towing arrived. Friendly, professional, fast, and easy. Very good driver, had the car on the truck quickly and professionally, very careful not to damage. Very fair price, professional service.

I needed my car to be towed so I called this company and was informed of a value. I agreed and requested a tow. Shortly after the drop off, the driver informed me that I should pay twice what I had agreed. Do not request the services of that company. Furthermore, I was treated badly by the driver, he was quite rude to me.

Unprofessional. I spoke to Jessica who gave me a rate of $110 to tow my vehicle 9 miles. I wasn't given an ETA but was told that the driver would contact me shortly. After about 30 mins I called back to ask for an ETA since the driver hadn't contacted me I was then put on hold and they were able to contact the driver and told me once again that he would be reaching out to me shortly. I waited another 10 mins and still no one contacted me. I called back for the third time and was told that the driver came across an issue, that his truck broke down, and they would need to send someone else which was going to take another 45mins to an hour. When i asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge I had asked for the person who was helping me to give me her name, she put me on hold without answering my question. Then after about 3 or 4 minutes she returned to the phone and told me her name was Jessica and that there wasn't anyone else available that she was a superior in the office and there was no one else I could speak to.Very unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. Take your business to someone else like Falcon towing. I called them after and they told me it would take 2 hours to send a tow truck to me. However they also gave me numbers for other towing companies and still put a request in for me.To the owner, why would I take the time to write a review with events that supposedly never happened? Instead of wasting your time saying my review is fake, focus on improving the quality of your business.

They are not actual towers they are a dispatch center. It took 3 hours for them to get a truck to me. Got hung up the first call. Then was told it would take 30 mins for a driver to get to me. I waited an hour and still no driver. I called back a third time and they said another 30 mins. Waited 45 mins. Called a 4th time and then was told 15 mins. On my 5th call 30 mins later they just put me on hold and eventually a drived called me and was there when he said he would be. Do not use them you will spend 3 hours stuck in the middle of a freeway. I called around 10 and finally just before 1am i got a tow to my destination 6 miles away. The driver himself was great but the provider is incompetent. Do not waste your time or money.

Reds Gardena towing has been my regular roadside assistance service provider for years just wanted to show my appreciation to the company, to the dispatch team and off course the towing drivers. They have done an amazing job over the years and they have saved me and my family tons of money when it comes to towing and roadside services anywhere in the Los Angeles and Gardena area.Thank you very much guys
