For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with printers (large and small) as a political organizer, nonprofit manager, educator, and 2x graduate student. I’ve printed thousands of documents/flyers/postcards/etc., but never has it been a pleasant experience. That streak—and my low expectations—was shattered this week when I reached out to Print2for1 for a last minute job. I can say with full confidence that I will never go to another printer again.Customer Service - 5/5I started cold calling business earlier this week to inquire about my small scale job. I needed 100 front and back prints and I needed them by Friday. While other business immediately turned down this job (either because quantity was too low or turnaround too fast), Manny from Print2for1 worked with me. He was patient, explained my options, and offered his professional recommendations based on what I needed my prints for. He also moved mountains to make sure that I received my order A DAY EARLIER than what I was asking for! He knew the urgency and kept me updated both by email and by phone call every step of the way. Never did I feel blindsided or nervous. I am so grateful for that.Quality - 5/5Amazing quality! Manny recommended a matte back with a glossy front and the prints turned out way better than I could’ve hoped for! To ensure we go exactly what we wanted, Manny walked me through the process to export our final product from Canva with the maximum resolution and features possible. Just so impressed!Price - 5/5So so so affordable! Not only were we under budget, but Manny threw in additional 150 prints at no additional cost! He also upgraded our print paper (again, matte back with a glossy front and a heavier finish) for free as an early wedding gift (we printed wedding invitations)! He also didn’t charge us a rush fee, even though I may have sounded slightly panicked about having the prints as soon as possible when I called. Manny and the business also stuck with the quote they invoiced us for. Again, no surprises and no hidden fees.Final NotesThis business specializes in volume printing. I feel so fortunate to have been able to print at a smaller scale but the more you order, the cheaper it gets.So grateful to Manny and the team at Print2for1. I will absolutely refer this business to my friends, family, and colleagues. You won’t ever want to go to anyone else after your first experience here.
