Very organized, the staff work efficiently. The line moves fast. My only complaint is the QR code system does not work. Don't advertise a service that doesn't work.

It was nice and clean and the Service was fast. That is not the usual Pharmacy I regularly use. It was the first time I had visited that Kaiser before.

I had surgery with Dr Eby and his PA B. Hennessy, I have had the best experience ever with your plastic surgery team. I was treated with so much kindness and patience during my whole process. Dr Eby came to see before my procedure and made sure I was doing well, and that I was comfortable, and their bed side manner is over the top. I had a nurse that was incredible as well, she took every measure to make sure I was in good hands. The aromatic they put on my gown smelled so soothing. They gave me a warm blanket, not once was I left alone. and the after care with B Hennessy PA has been super amazing, she was very gentle and caring, she changed my bandages without any discomfort, and reassured me I was doing well. She is the sweetest PA ever. Your team deserves only the highest of recognition for all of their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much. Happy holidays.

i feel like ive been to a kaiser office almost everyday in the last 1.5 mosi had an outpatient surgery this past mondaycheck in was smooth at 10:20ami was called pretty quick, less than 10minsi was given a bed and hooked up to an IV, vitals and all the good stuff and waited for my OR timewell i guess they were backed up bc i was scheduled at around 12:30pm and was not rolled into the OR until after 2pmmy anesthesiologist did not arrive and introduce herself until 01:37pm all the nurses were attentive but felt like there were short staffed i wish i was told about the back log way earlier like at 11am lol so i could have relayed the msg back to my fam, so they could have all coordinated their schedules a bit better i was able to have 1 person in my "room" with me thank you to the nurses and dr who tended to mei was kept very warm and cozy :)i was also here for the optometry dept this week - lol shout out to N. Skokandic - she made my visit enjoyable

I've been coming to this location for 6 years now and it's always a smooth experience. It's a smaller hospital, the laboratory section is very efficient. The staff that greets guests and helps patients in the lobby are helpful. The chairs in the waiting area are comfortable and quite modern furniture for a hospital. My Primary Care Physician, Dr.Natalie Ting and her nurse staff are the best! The restrooms are clean. The wait for pharmacy and lab is quick. Overall this is a very nice Kaiser location and it makes Medical visits definitely less stressful.

So clean and modern!Kaiser is the best! I like how the medical building is organized. You wait in line at the first floor to check in and they route you to other floor to see your doctor. Very efficient. There's also kiosks where you can quickly check in if you have QR code. This particular location was a bit confusing. The entrance is on the side of the building. Entrance is not facing the street. There's also coffee bean on the first floor which was surprising. Elevator makes some noise going up and down which a mechanic should take a look at. The doctors and staffs are very nice and very helpful. I have no complaints at all!

I had a colonoscopy here yesterday (prep so UGH!) and from the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor, I was treated with such care and tenderness I almost want to go through it again (unfortunately I'm on the five year plan so it will actually come around soon enough!). I've been lucky and over the years have had few medical issues, but each time I've had any kind of procedure or surgery or labor and delivery, I've always had Kaiser medical staff here and at other Long Beach locations with the best bedside manners, informative conversations and patience. Thank you!

Workers comp doctors are liars and scam artist. Hurt my shoulder at work and they barely even do anything to check it. Just moves my shoulder a couple times. Just pain meds and comeback in a couple weeks. Says if it doesn't get better we will do an mri. Sure enough when I ask about it she denies the mri. Saying it's not a treatment. Complete waste of time.

Sent here for work blood draw. Waiting 2.5 hours. With an appointment. Just concretes the decision to never have Kaiser insurance.

I have to take the time to write this because the service has improved so much! I had an eye exam with Dr. G she explained things thoroughly, I did not feel like she had to rush me out for the next appointment ( which is how I have been feeling with Kaiser) her service was excellent, then yesterday I had my mammogram (an already uncomfortable procedure) but the technician made me feel so at ease with her conversation and smile wish I had her name but my appointment was yesterday at 3:30, oh and my urgent care visit on 3/26/23 went smoothly and fast well organized from checking in to seeing the Doctor to X-rays, I am so impressed with Kaisers new trend to show us they care and heard our concerns about the lack of empathy or service before

I love this location because of how new it is to be honest, sometimes there's an extra wait, but it's worth it, always had a good experience here with staff.

Each nurse, assistant, employee was responsive to questions, well mannered, and most all, our daughter is so nervous when it comes to take injections; for the first time in 12 years, she didn’t have an extreme amount of anxiety, shaking, everything we go through when it comes to shots… the two nurses were and are “simply the best” … not being cliche…. lets just say i sweat each time I have had to come with my daughter…
We both are/will definitely be ever grateful to them and send good thoughts for what they have done….
