Very disappointed I paid a lot of money for a terrible job they tell me to bring them back and they will fix the problem and when I go back they say the lady is not there ,I trusted my sistas but the worker messed my rims up and they don’t give a damn about customer service I done been to this place 5 times I just give up , I guest it depends on the type of rims they have to fix it’s bad for business.

When you tell a customer what time and when to be there, have the decency to call ahead if you’re not going to be done so that the customer doesn’t waste gas on a 20 mile trip.So I ask the manager for a discount and …. Nothing!I’ve been dealing with this place for the past several years, even prior to this new ownership, but bet this is THE LAST. They’ve been raising prices since COVID…but $75 for a small/slight bend on my rim?. Not even a crack to weld and was $75!When I say slight, I mean no change to my ride, I just wanted it to look better. So now I have another 20 mile trip tomorrow and pick up my rim.So I’ll let you guys know where I’ll be taking my business next time I need work done and if anyone has any recommendations near by…lmk

New to the area. I started having issues with my wheels because of all the pot holes. This is the first place I tried out. At the time I was thinking I was getting great service but after a few "repairs" on different wheels I started noticing my wheels still leaking. Last repair was on a wheel that was not worked on yet . The need was to get the crack and bend fixed. I picked up my wheels thinking the bend was fixed but nope . Only the rack was welded. The weld job was terrible. It looked as if a 5 year old was trying to weld. It also wasn't grinded down or anything. Would not recommend if you have expensive wheels.

I was looking for a local wheel shop to rebuild and polish a set of 3-piece wheels that I bought. Not a lot of places that will do this without charging an arm and a leg. A friend of mine referred me to this place so I stopped by. The wheels I had needed to have the faces re-polished and have the barrels and lips assembled. The faces were in pretty rough shape and one of the barrels had a crack and needed to be welded. The price was right and the work was good. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well my wheels came out! Great customer service and no hassle. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I would've liked a cleaner weld job on the inner barrel, but it's not visible to anyone but me when I lift up the car to work on it. I still would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for wheel repair or a custom polish or refinishing job.

These guys are awesome! One of the wheels / rims on my car was damaged, and had a large crack. This was causing my time to leak, and other issues. We went to Costco, which told me that the wheel needed to be replaced. Glad I didn't listen! Took the car to Perfect Customer after a suggestion by a mechanic, and they welded the rim beautifully. The service was fast and affordable. These guys are honest, and saved me a lot of money and headaches. Make sure you call them when you have wheel issues!

We had a damage on one of our Enkei's with a minor dent earlier in the morning. It wouldn't hold air so damage on the wheel was pretty substantive. We were referred to this shop and I couldn't believe when we our friend told us how much they were charging for the repair on the wheel. I was expecting around $150 at least and would take 2-3 days. We took it there the same afternoon and was quoted WAY BELOW $150 and will only take them 2 hours to repair. We left it there at 1pm, back at 3pm with the wheel perfectly repaired. Couldn't be happier with the result, how much we spent, and how quick it was repaired. Saved us $300 on a new wheel. Really really highly recommended. Also just to echo on some reviews, you would have to bring the wheel dismounted as they don't do dismounting there.
