Service was awesome everyone that works here is friendly and very attentive. It's super close to my house so I kinda just went here due to convenience but had a great experience. I believe this will be a spot that I would frequent for a while. Also it's right next door to my favorite donut shop (rainbow donuts)

Walked in 10am a women yelled out "Do you have appointment?" I said no, I don't live in this area, she told me to come back at 3pm again I mentioned I didn't live in the area and there's a sign that says walk ins,she ignored me, so I walked out.Not friendly at all. Rude.

Kevin was AMAZING and so so sweet. He did an amazing job giving me exactly what I wanted, plus their acrylic gel nails are so affordable compared to other places. The best part is that you can tell that Paula and Kevin really care about their customers. I will be coming back here in the future:)

I love to come here, Tina got me ready for my son's wedding with the exact design I asked for on my natural nails. If I want acrylic nails, Kevin is the best. They always do the design I find online and do not charge extra. Love thus place

everyone is kind if you are as well. its about respect you can not talk to people any kind of way. the nails everyone does is amazing. keep in mind people have specialties and are better at one than the other sometimes. As well as although they take walk ins this place is heavy with frequent returners who only make appointments. Try calling and making an appointment before you are upset you are turned away. they truly are busy and even deserve breaks. Dont listen to bad reviews because on a day and time they could not be helped, as if they are the only person in the world and paulas is the only nail shop open.

Showed up because hours of operation on Yelp showed open. Went to front door and the metal door was closed but thru the open slats I see someone inside, so I ask if they are open. He shouts "No! Closed!" Maybe they don't know the site is misrepresenting there business... So I calmly say, "you may want to update hours on Yelp". He yells back "don't you worry about that!" I will NEVER come back here.
