Was there today to switch phones and i got charged 47 bucks. Ok no worries. I got a message on my phone sayin "thank u for the 25 dollars from metropcs" n wonder why it says 25 instead of 47 that they charged me. Says guys name is alyan abdo. Anywho i call metro origination n they told me the price is 25 dollars n its not in system they charged 47 n im like what!?!?? So they over charged n idk why they didnt even tel me why

I was a loyal customer to the store for over 5 years. Supporting our business committee.I bought a new Nokia phone from them. The worse night mare from r me and my business. They were not able to take care of a replacement or so. This will be my last month with them. I feel betrayed by them. Bad customer relations. By Metro for ever.

On Friday I went to connect a phone, the girl told me that I could not transfer the data from a Samsung to an iPhone or phone numbers or photos, at night the phone had no line, I returned on Saturday the other girl said I should call to customer service and solve it because my new phone does not have a chip, I go to another store to comptom and the girl connects the phone, passes all my information of numbers and photos and when I call they tell her that the girl from Friday in the Gardena store He didn't do his job well and that's what customer service said. Thanks to the metro girl Jessy from the Compton store, today I have my phone with service and all my data, I hope in this store on Gardena Blvd. they dedicate more time to their work since two different workers did not want to do it.

I really like this store. but, I went to make a guarantee valid, there were still 20 minutes left before the store closed and a young woman named Mia did not want to attend me and sent me to long beach, it was 6.45pm and the store closed. This store is no longer professional as before.

Deserves 0 stars. My girl came in a frantic to this shop last night, she explained to the lady that she was being chased by a white male and if she could use their phone. She was turned away!Please dont give these people your business, they are not here to help you out in an emergencyPs. My daughter went across the street Zapateria Guadalajara, man was kind enough to help her and watch her until i got there.
