I've purchased rocks and flagstone at Load and Go several times. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They always have product in stock, and in the rare case of something being discontinued or late from the main source, they have comparable items to choose from if needed. I had to have delivery this time (more than my truck can hold and I can unload) so I can finish a huge (and last) project. I must say that they weren't just on time at the scheduled 8am drop, the driver was early! Definite plus! He put the rocks just where I needed them to be so I could move them the shortest distance without injuring myself and also allow for my cars to get into my driveway. He was so nice do that for me! I forgot to get his name, or I'd give him personal kudos here. I have and will continue to recommend Load and Go to friends and family!

I'm just a home consumer. We are converting our front yard from grass to Hardscape. We needed a lot of river pebbles and decomposed granite and it was costing a mint at Home Depot, bag by bag. The Load n Go's lose-materials costs were about 1/3 of Home Depot. The people at Load n Go are friendly, but businesslike. Super helpful and will help you determine the specs of the material you need. They have samples of lots of different stones and rock as well as cinderblock in brick.

Dang. This place is tough. It’s customer service was on point ???????? ???? I definitely one day that I have a nice amount of money in my bank would like to get all of these guys a Starbucks or something ❤️ This is literally. Best building materials spot I’ve ever been to!!! I think I met cesco (I hope that’s how it’s spelled!!!) & Juan. Both very awesome ????????

We purchased $400.00 dollars worth of flag stone for a customer in Manhattan Beach. The woman was 85 years old and when the family decided that the stone would be a trip hazard i aske Load and go if they would let me return the stone. There answer was NO even though it had only been 2 days after purchase. No and no restocking fee! Very bad business do not go there use sepulveda building materials.

This place has terrible customer service the lady and the gentlemen sitting at the counter did not acknowledge me as I stood there for about 5 mins and when I explained wanted they were giving me 101 reasons why it wouldn’t fit in my suv they didn’t even try to help please if you are a woman don’t shop here they seem to only tend to what they’re okay with shame on you
