First time I come and was actually impressed of how nice and quick they are with patching up tires I definitely recommend this place, within 5 to 15mins max I was in and out of there with my tire fixed

First time ever for me in this place and already I feel it’s like home prices reasonable everybody knowledgeable and patience and they know what they doing and the management over there Took the customer service for the next level up.
I wish if I knew this place since forever to save money and time.

For mechanical problems, be careful, better consult a real mechanic. They wanted to change the engine and only one coil failed. Be careful and the cost with them was more than 2,000 dollars. And I only spent 150 And my car runs like new.

Total rip off,,, do not take your car here for alignment….. incomplete work due to incompetence or unwillingness…either way job doesn’t get done,,, but have plenty of lame excuses to still charge full price…. Completely dishonest without having a problem continuing to be with customers that know it…. This has no reflect on the employees working there,,, only the manager/alignment tech & the woman manager,,,,, they are way crooked…..I was a mechanic for 35 years,,, & was trained by hunter alignment school in Ontario in 1998,,, but I don’t have the equipment at home to perform an alignment as fast as I could if I did,,,, so I took it to Jalisco to have it done quickly because 04 Silverado comes with camber & caster adjustment capability from factory which I could have knocked it out in 20min with their equipment…..instead I got unprofessional dishonest & abusive behavior….. proceed with caution if you decide on going here,,,good luck…..Also fail to provide a printout of before & after readings,,& also told me after they finished that their equipment doesn’t measure caster after I told them that I needed camber & caster adjusted before they started job…. They assume that they can scam customers easily with this method because of lack of knowledge,,,, but it looks like the so called experts also lack the knowledge all the way around…. The B.A.R. has been informed & we will see if they can do something about this not happening to any more innocent unaware customers that are untitled to receiving what they’ve paid for….another thing I just learned from someone inside their business,, that most of the good reviews is family & friends from everyone that work there & owners….. There won’t be any arguments or response to this review like other bad reviews they have because there’s no lies or lame excuses they can use with someone that knows how to do the job the right way… this place is weak when it comes to wheel alignment & I hope their fraudulent habit catches up to them sooner than later

Great Family Tire and mechanic shop took me in with a smile late evening on Memorial Day weekend fix my tire spent quite some time on it and charge me very fair amount I highly recommend those people it's a family business for over 32 years on the same location Professional Service provided with a huge smile thank you so much Jalisco tires I will come back again for all my tires and general mechanic needs
