Quality is hit and miss for such an expensive brand. DO NOT BUY THE GOGGLE CASE. It has a VERY cheap zipper that I can barely open/close straight out of the box. One side works and the other does not. I also recommend buying from a local paintball store or Amazon. HK uses the cheapest shipper possible and you may or may not get the delivery. I’d rather select and pay for my own shipping, but that is not an option. I finally got my order only to find out they shipped the wrong barrel kit.

I’ve bought items from them before so far I’ve had good experiences. I recently ordered a jersey from them about a month ago and I have called them for an status update and no response from them whatsoever. I’ve emailed them and messaged them on social media I haven’t had a response from them for two weeks. Need work on that please.

I dealt with Charles and he is on the ball with everything. I purchased the majority of my gear here due to the fact everything was quick and easy to deal with and find and in stock! Will continue to shop with HK ARMY.

Most definitely the best paintball company in the game right now. Amazing customer service, amazing management. These guys will take care of you! Quality stuff, never ever had an issue with any of the products I’ve bought from here. I will undoubtedly continue to buy my gear from here, and without a doubt, recommend Hk army to a person trying to get into the sport, or just someone trying to buy awesome gear that will make you not only look sharp on the field, but also gear that will last a lifetime.

HK Army hands down has the latest and greatest products. There customer service is great and really helpful. They helped me out with any issues I had. They helped me out over the phone, with my orders. They also sent me extra parts and stickers. I'll be representing HK Army!

Awesome experience ordering online and received free shipping because I ordered a decent amount of stuff! Customer service was Stellar beyond what anyone could ask for when I had a question I emailed them and they responded quickly and with the utmost respect for my concern even though it was in the big picture just a trivial thing! I have been dealing with these guys for a long time, and they have done nothing but go out of their way to make sure I always got my products and are continuing to put out the best stuff in the game! Hands-down the greatest people on the Paintball industry to work with.
