Hi Tek did our move from California to Australia. We moved quite a few times and used other moving companies before and Hi Tek is by far THE BEST! Here is why: 1) they are punctual. We set-up the date via email. Their moving coordinator called the day before and the day of the moving confirming the time. 2) They are fast! They came in with 5 guys and boxed a 2/2 apartment in less then 5 hours. 3) They are organized! Every box properly packed, numbered and labeled. To understand how important this is, let me tell you a little story about a couple of airhead clients... a day after our stuff was packed we realized we forgot our passaports inside the safe box that was already boxed and taken. Desperation set in as we were flying to Australia in 2 days and no passport = no trip. We contacted HiTek and they were super accommodating. They had the exact box where the safe was ready for us to get our passaports back and thanks to their organization we made to our flight with no delays! We are now Hi Tek clients for life!! Not a good company to work for. They are Korean company based out California. They want quantity over quality. ??⭐ One star. They don't just forklift at they warehouse or pallets everything is load and unload with dolly hand truck.

I used this company for my international move. The working crew were not professional in many ways. They charged too much and somewhat were not transparent of estimation. You have to be careful. They lost and damaged my valuable items and furnitures. All the services and follow ups were mediocre at best. I don't recommend this company.
