They service my car yesterday and I was great to see good results . My car drives like a feather now!!! Mr Calvin Miyahira. Help me. And after 4 hrs mi car was ready to be picked up.

I've used this service for nearly 40 years. I don't even bother comparing price service or quality. If you're looking for no nonsense, honest, reliable transmission service. I cannot recommend this place high enough. I would recommend this place that Jesus himself if he had a driver's license and wanted to drive in California. Was just highly unlikely but family and friends who are still stuck here. This is the place to come to if you're trannies slipping!

I was referred to Hiro's by Walt's Automotive as my car was "leaking" transmission fluid. I got an appointment and analysis quickly. Turned out that the seals were worn. Calvin's great to work with and they guarantee their work. Thank you, Calvin for your direct communication and quick turn around time in servicing my car.

This is the place to restore or fix any transmission problem. His transmission tune-up kept my Silverado going past 360,000 miles and never had to replace my transmission. Perfect condition. Knowledgeable owner and service workers.

Wouldn't spend my money here showed up with a transmission to ask a question had it in my truck wanted the guy to look at it to give me a price he didn't even want to go outside to look at it he said he was too busy there's better places out there with better coustomer service

After installing my own transmission on my '96 IMPALA, I was having trouble due to my error on too much trans fluid and it overheated and lost radiator fluid as well. I thought I did everything correct on which I did. Jus too much fluid. Soooo I said to self! Take it to a trans shop, I read reviews, took word of mouth in to consideration. I eventually selected HIRO TRANSMISSION. At first I was like I dunno because the guy (MIKE) didn't seem interested but I used him anyway. I'm glad I did, they basically serviced it and restored the fluids and I was good. No leaks they found ( to self) YAY!!! They got me up and running and didn't charge any excessive extra charges to get more money due to nothing being really wrong. I definitely will go back if needed.

Took my car in for transmission leak and to have my gears lowered from 373 to 308. The gears I love it. The transmission leak took back a few times and they said that there's no leak. I told Calvin it doesn't leak right away that it takes a few days and then it leaks. He said It was the oil leaking I told him I do have an oil leak but this leak is red and I had to add a quart of transmission fluid ever two weeks. There friendly, polite and was trying to be helpful but they did not fix my leak. They also moved my trans cooler because it wasn't getting enough air flow and did a great job

Such a good experience. They went above and beyond to help me track down hard to find vintage parts and did a beautiful job rebuilding my 4 speed manual. The price for parts and labor was fair. I would recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.
