‼️‼️Why won’t Hertz do something about this location? This is the bigger question. Every bad review I read is accurate. Today was another bad experience with this location. They have no social or management skills. Rude and gave me a vehicle that was mechanically horrible and smelled like urine and had previous renters things in trunk space and trunk space foundation was missing. Rims were scratched horribly and when asked to replace I was made to wait when I had an appointment to get to. In addition I had to rush all the way back for the exchange so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. Whomever hires for management needs to do better because this isn’t it‼️‼️‼️‼️

Racism at its finest. If you’re an African American do not go to this location. They got zero tolerance for you or your issues. Terrible terrible place. Hertz as a corporate company should investigate this location because this can not be real

The truth is, I don't recommend this place. Their staff doesn't give good treatment. I rented a car and they gave it to me with mechanical problems. I went to have it exchanged for me and their staff, according to what they told me, didn't have a car to exchange it for me, and that's how they took me for 10 days. And I couldn't use the car to work at Lift because it overheated and the next day a worker there, instead of sending it to me, gave me my rent and the only thing that is, that man only told me here it is and your receipt and he left me Without a car, but they did charge me the rent for every day. I sent photos and videos to the Hertz corporation that the car did not have any antifreeze in the tank and that the check engine light came on in the dashboard and they still told me. I sent photos of the vehicle so they could see the miles that were almost the same as the first day they rented it to me. After 10 days one of their workers canceled my rent and they didn't even use me to reimburse me for the 500 dollars I paid in rent.

Zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever at this location. Rented a car here, and everything was fine until they decided to put a hold on the car because some inspections came to talk to the branch manager, Humberto, 3 times went to the store and he said he would take care of it he never did, one day just got a call from a guy saying the car needed to be collected, so Humberto never took care of it like he said, so long story short after wasting my time at Pepboys 2 days for inspections, multiple trips to Hertz location, I was just paying the car for nothing. Stay away from this stealership and take your business somewhere else.Worst car rental experience ever. Ridiculous hidden fees.

They don’t have a big selection of courseAnd they need more staff I’m not sure if it’s a new store but all in all my experience wasnt bad at all besides the long white because of the lack of employees but other than that I got my rental on my way

Below average, especially for a non airport location. My main issue was the car was filthy, full of trash and when bringing it up to the managers attention he responded with car was cleaned. I open the door and showed him the trash, asked does that look clean to which he responded it was cleaned. He then asked what do you want to clean, I said maybe take the trash, clean the coffee stains, wipe down the dirty areas commonly used, maybe vacuum, wash the car to which he said we are busy can’t. So, I would say if renting from here check the car before leaving to make sure you don’t find a surprise. The manager doesn’t seem to have any standards.

Recently had a terrible experience with Hertz in general and also with the guy who works at that location. Very unprofessional and they don't even have many cars. I booked online and when I went there, there was only one car available. It was my first and definitely my last time there.

Unable to rent Telsa Models with ATM cards. You must rent with major credit cards. No problem renting other vehicles with ATM with Visa or Master card logo.
