Experiencing the poorest customer service with Alberto at Hertz has been disheartening. Caution is advised regarding unforeseen additional fees. This has become my least favorable car rental encounter, a stark contrast to my positive experiences with other rental companies in the past. Remember the name! Alberto. Be careful with that sketchy man!

The worst service ever. We had a car paid and pre booked. We took a cab to drive over there and pick up the car and they told us that we’re sold out!!! And they couldn’t do anything at all!!! And they took our money!!! What’s going on??? We need our money back!

The manager Vladimir and Gabby deserves a raise at Hertz Rosecrans location. They both are really nice and helpful. On 7/1/23 morning I was having such a headache with the other Hertz on 1905 Redondo Beach Blvd. I needed a rental for my handicap passenger and explained to the other place I can't use a suv. He insisted on using a crossover Chevy Trax and I kept insisting please find me something else. He looked like he was on vacation, I watched him pull up to work with his pants down but the other Hertz had a wonderful manager

Booked a Rental last week, and once there to collect the agent advises a $500 deposit fee. That was not mentioned on the website prior to booking. Something like that should be in BOLD PRINT so customers know ahead what to expect. It's no wonder HERTZ stock price dropped so low. I hope they end up like RadioShack cause the way they do business is beyond low.

The service here is not too great I got the roadside assistance and I tried calling it and they never answered they had me on hold for 30 minutes. And one of the girls working there the younger one didn't want to hook up my wifi. She has an easy job I don't know what she's complaining about

Don't rent from Hertz. They will have you arrested for stealing the car you just rented. They have a big civil lawsuit against them for having people arrested when you rent the car.

Hertz Gardena....let's go....FOR RACISM! So, I will be fair, as the staff was courteous. When I arrived for my reservation, I was told that they only had a dirty car available. They refused to upgrade me to an SUV that they clearly had available. So instead of leaving on vacation, I had to take the car to a car wash and spend an hour at the car wash. I guess COVID19 protocols are an after thought. After spending an hour at the car wash, had to fill the empty gas tank. I called corporate and they told me to check with the Gardena branch, for a discount. When I got back I asked the manager, Chris, for a discount. No discount was offered, but I was instead given a $25 voucher for their poor COVID19 protocols. As he proceeded to speak Spanish to his associate, I was issued the voucher. Luckily, as an educated black man, I could understand every word. Abhorrent treatment !
