The drop off staff are terrible. I pulled up to drop off a bag of clothes and no one came to assist me. After standing there for a little bit next to another family who had been having the same problem for significantly longer than I was, a man finally came and yelled “ Drop it off at the bottom of the dock.” The family expressed that they had been waiting on a bin so they could compile all the stuff and he yelled the same thing again. I expressed that I needed assistance because my bag of clothing was too heavy, and he yelled the same thing again. The family had to help me bag out of my car. It wasn’t until the family started dropping the clothes off on the floor that they finally came and brought a bin for them.

The dock supervisor is THE rudestperson I've ever endured. I believe communication is key, and trying to communicate with this man was like trying communicate with a toddler.

Despotic staff just because it didn't have a price, they didn't want to put it even when I told them to put the price, that they want lack of customer service, there is a universal policy that the customer is always right and we ask for it with respect.

Just bought something to resell and the cashier was clumsy and dropped it. Chipped off a piece of the videogame cover. I wanted a refund or exchange. Manager was called but nothing happened. So here's your 1 star smh.Also, when he was giving me my change, he tried to give me a raggedy, pink stained dollar bill. I asked to exchange it because it might be deemed damage/unable to use but couldn't. So I left it there as a "donation"

Went to drop off items, and was told they couldn't take an item of furniture that I bought there previously a year ago, the manager that was on today was so rude. Wouldnt take clothes and shoes unless in bags, thank God for one of the workers bringing me some bags. What is wrong with these people, we are giving you free stuff to sell and make money and yet we get treated so rudely. Maybe Corporate needs to teach their employees to have manners and be respectful as our donations are what's paying their bills.

Their website says they close the donation center at 7:30 PM. I arrived at 6:25 and already had the items packaged. They were helping some people put the things into bins and then they closed their doors. They claimed they closed at 6:30 and didn’t allow me to unload my items. They need to update their website.
