I recently purchased a used 625T from global fitness. At first I was skeptical purchasing used equipment over the internet. The price was fair, and they sent me a picture of the machine for sale for my approval. I accepted. It arrived in great condition (clean, almost like new). It works fine. I'm happy with my transaction.

Was looking for a Concept2 rower for weeks. When I stumbled across Global, it was purchased, shipped and delivered in a week. Barely used, immaculate condition. Being this easy, I may start a complete home gym!

There was a little miss communication in the beginning with payment and the wait time, but overall, Gabby was communicative and I got a great elliptical. I had been looking for a specific model and got it. Thank you.

I ordered my treadmill from Global Fitness back at the end of April 23'. They were communicative before and sent a picture of the treadmill (couldn't see the model number on the side of machine though) and everything looked good. Upon receiving the order, it was the wrong model treadmill and was different that what I paid for and ordered. After much back and forth with the company, they were not customer friendly to solve the problem without me jumping through hoops and dealing with shipping issues. I had to file a chargeback with my bank as they agreed I was sent the wrong model and my bank refunded my order. I was then trying to get in touch with Global Fitness to see if they want their product back and if so, to make arrangements for them to receive their product. They have not been communicative via email and phone calls, many voicemails left. I finally got in touch with someone about 3 weeks back saying that Global Fitness was disputing the chargeback that was already finalized and settled. What a pain and a mess! I think they are being difficult on purpose since they are not wanting to pay for shipping to have their product picked up, but maybe this review will get a reply...I would not recommend this company and there are many other better options on the market than this business.

My experience with purchasing a piece of gym equipment was fantastic. Upon going through the normal procedure of purchasing and paying for the equipment an email was sent with the purchase order. The next process was being contacted by Gabriella customer relation with three pictures of the equipment that I purchased. I noticed something that wasn't right. I brought it to Gabriella ‘s attention and the issue was fixed immediately with no questions asked.The next step taken was the mechanical staff inspected the Concept 2 Rower and if required brought it up to Concept 2 Standards.The equipment was sent via FedEx and arrived in 9 days. The FedEx driver dropped the equipment at the back door.The equipment arrived in perfect condition and took very little time to unpackage and get set up inside my home.I inspected and assembled the Concept 2 rower. True to form all worked fine-very happy.I would suggest to my friends and colleagues to purchase equipment from Global Fitness and have no concerns. You will be purchasing first-class equipment. Overall fantastic experience and thank you so much Global Fitness.

I purchased a used Lifefitness 95T treadmill from Global Fitness and the delivery team was great but the performance of the treadmill didn't initially meet my needs. Their admin assistance Gaby was very responsive to my questions and quickly addressed all of my concerns. She sent out an amazing technician named John to help me. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Also want to send a big shout out to Raul and Memo who were great as well. Global fitness quickly worked to provide me a replacement. I recommend Global Fitness to anyone looking for quality workout equipment and superior customer service. Thank you Global Fitness.

Ordered an elliptical. Took a couple of months because I didn’t want a purple one. It finally arrived and it look’s nearly brand new! Tried it out and it is great! I gave 4 stars just due to time. The company followed through with a good product at a good value. Will definitely recommend!

I can say only good things about this company and dont think the majority of negative reviews are justified. We purchased a whole home gym from them, partially new and partially used equipment. Everything was to our satisfaction, response time was on point, customer service was flawless and the quality of the equipment is great. People need to understand when they buy used stuff it might will end up with some issues soon after the receive it ( caused by past age/usage) , but lets allow them enough time to evaluate and respond before writing those negative reviews. At least give them a chance to make it right.
