Never had an issue before but today I drove 30 min and arrived around 4pm just to be told I couldn't get my tank filled because it was going to take too long. In the amount of time the guy took to explain to me why he couldn't fill it up it could have been filled! I'm a regular customer there as well. Very disappointed about the situation and the waste of my time and energy. Hope the guy enjoys the long weekend--what a bummer.

I sent some emails asking questions and they were answered very quickly with the information I requested. I loved the quick response which then led me to go to the location to get my 5lb co2 tank filled. The service was fast got in and out in about 15 min there were 2 customers before me. I Will likely come back if I get another tank or when my current one empties in a year or so.

Honest, straight forward, built with Long term repeat customers over decades? I know ZERO about iron. They spent the time to guarantee I was able to walk onto the job and ask the welder ? Here's the torch setup, the# "I forget" acetylene and twice the O² , a striker. Anything else?You have 2 days to finish and today is day 1 .

Solid selection, really good prices and good communication. The woman was kind and helpful. I wish they had more stick gloves in my size, but that just because there are several welding schools nearby. This store is a great resource for career welders (and students). Stores like this are vanishing due to competition from big box hardware stores. Shop local and save the mom and pop stores.

Friendly service, reasonable prices... Filled CO2 and Propane tanks here, for Off-Road and Camping use... Great one stop shop. Will definitely use their services again~

I do believe the associates name is Klie the most unhelpful unfriendly employee I think it works there I know nothing about cylinders I'm axing for information he gets upset and then hangs up the phone on me and tells me to go somewhere else I'm not sure if he owns the six tablets but you might definitely want to talk to your employees and explain the word customer and service I would appreciate if someone associated with this business could message me back

I'm a student brand new to welding and walked into this store nearly blind. Jesse offered plenty of advice, told me what I'd realistically need and what I'd probably never use and wouldn't need to buy. Very friendly and resourceful, all-round perfect customer service for my purposes. The store's interior is small but well kempt and everything is displayed neatly.
