Milat is an arrogant, rude and shameless creature who actually looks down on people who smoke. He was huffing and puffing under his breathe the entire time. Extremely passive aggressive. I do also believe he is Anti-Black. He refused to give me a receipt or refund on damaged goods. He gave me so much attitude and said that I think I'm so professional for complaining and wanting my money back. He pointed to the big 'No Refunds' sign and said that he will still make money no matter what I do.

Bought 3 puff bars from here an all of them were burnt or dry. Place might be cool for other products but probably won't get nic vapes here again

The worst customer service I have ever had. I bought a vape pen from the man working here night shifts on Monday Price was $22.99 and somehow ended up being $26.36 definitely was upselling me but I got over it. Since it was the only smoke shop I saw I leave the shop to go shopping and my pen doesn't work after an hour of leaving the shop. I decided to return to the shop thinking they have great customer service since my vape pen went out in an hour, which the pen normally last 3-days. To exchange it for a working one. The man that sold me the flum vape pen was still there. I explained to him it does not work. He had the nerve to tell me I smoked it all, I explained to him that is impossible and can I please exchange it for another flum pen. He told me no and that I was there in the morning. Kept making up things that were not true. Something that could of been so simple as an exchange. But no he was rude. I asked may I have the owners name and phone number. He wouldn't give me that or even give me his own name. So he told me to come back on Friday that's when the owner will be there and all of a sudden said a week after and he finalized on Friday. Today is Friday, I call and he doesn't know when the owner will be there for an exchange. I tried to get the owners name again and nothing. Something so simple could of been fix

FAKE PUFF BARS!!!Go to the smoke shop just down the street on Budlong and Redondo Beach. Really nice people, REAL products and good deals when you buy 2 or more.

Shut em down. Fraudulent business! They sell defective torches that can’t be refilled or even returned. Customer service is not available because workers barely know English. Purchased this junk 6 days ago and was not offered return or exchange. The item did not even have a users manual or proof of warranty like the vendor claims. Stay away from this business ??

Puffs never give you the full promised amount of puffs. Bought a 2000 puff bar last week and yesterday and both of them went dead the next day with no blue flashing light indicating the battery died. I even bought a smaller puff bar the other day and it burned out as I left the plaza, they told me that all of the smaller puff bars do that now and that if I wanted another I had to pay for it -_- idk why they would sell this to the public. I live literally down across the street and this is always a issue. I always go there to buy blunts, just lost a 20+ year customer. I’ll make sure I let everyone else I know that buys puffs there as well.

Please don’t go to this shop.They are selling cheap counterfeit Puff.I bought 3 Puffs and all Puffs are doesn’t work well or no flavor.(i bought cool mint).

Friends Tobacco is not friendly. The older man in the store was clearly overcharging for prices that were printed in box. He was rude and told me to go somewhere else if I have a problem. Mind you I was in professional clothes. Please do not support business that don't respect the clientele that they serve. Horrible service!!!

Customer service here is excellent! I've stopped in a few times to buy disposable vapes since they always have a good selection at a lower price than most tobacco shops. I decided to upgrade to a rechargeable vape, but due to a faulty battery I returned it. The owner was super flexible in choosing how I wanted to receive the refund, even offering to let me borrow another vape until he got in the same design I initially wanted. I asked if I could have store credit instead and I was able to exchange for a few disposable vapes, and he even threw in a free one for the inconvenience! One of the best return experiences I've had! No hassling, all good vibes! Definitely going to make this my regular stop.
