You can't trust this shop on price. It's that simple. Allow me to explain. I saw the other bad reviews about them trying to do scams on jewelry. One of the reviews actually just straight out says that they stole money from him. I was a little nervous so I thought I would give them a call to give them a chance to be honest and give me a price over the phone, the number one sign of an honest pawn shop. Not only did they not give me a price over the phone but the first time I called they hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. The second time I called they said they can't give the price over the phone unless I see it in person. I gave them the price range, the website to look and I even explained that the item was in mint condition with the case included, so there was no reason for me to bring it in as there was nothing to see. He was too lazy to do a 5-minute Google search to give me an answer so he just lost a customer for life, And believe me I'm a bad customer to lose. After this bad phone call he literally calls me back in 30 seconds to complain hey don't come in we're about to close and I tell him not to worry because you just lost my business by trying to scam me over the phone. If a pawn shop cannot give you a price over the phone and tells you to take it in they're trying to create what's called a sunk cost fallacy. The sun cost fallacy says, well I've already sunk this much time and effort in driving all the way down here to the pawn shop, I might as well take their horrible price since I already wasted the gas money and the time. Scammy place, ironic that their name is friendly as they were very unfriendly on the phone. Whoever answered the phone at 6:30 p.m. on Monday April 1st must have been playing in April fool's joke on me or has no idea how to run a pawn shop or talk to a customer. I'm not even that great at customer service and even I know you don't try to create a sunk cost fallacy with a customer just to increase your chances of getting the sale. If I was an idiot they would have increased their chances of getting me in the door, lucky for me I'm smart and unlucky for them I'm smart. Eat this one star review you piece of s***.

I went in with a 14k gold ring that i was offered $875 from a different pawn shop in the area. I played dumb at this place and when I spoke to the guy here he offered me $125 and also said it was 10k gold which he was lying. He flat out lied to me when he thought I was a sucker. I will never go there. Be careful and do your research.
