The work took over 2 1/2 hours and then told I needed brakes that would take another 2 1/2 hours. Service person Freddy was not friendly like Jesus and Melvin who I spoke to on the phone. I changed from the Firestone by my house in Redondo Beach to the one in Gardena that is much further away because they were much more customer service oriented. Not any more. I ended taking my car someplace else for the brakes. They were $100 cheaper and drove me home and will.pick me up!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I made an appointment for a break inspection. My car sounded terrible and I had my tires replaced the day before and he warned that both front and back brakes needed attention. I go to Firestone and they gave me recommendations for my front breaks and told me my back were fine. I had the front repaired but my car still sounded terrible so I brought it back the next weekend. They did another inspection and now my back brakes were suggested. I don't trust them anymore because they allowed me to ride around on unsafe brakes. I took it to my usual mechanic and he doesn't think they touched my rotors at all. I call customer service and finally receive a call back from Freddy whom i guess it store manager. He was not apologetic at all and pretty condescending. Don't come here the owner can't take his business seriously with all these bad Google and yelp reviews of this location concerning service and staff.

They have the worse service in town, need a battery, they make me schedule an appointment, then for a 5 minutes work with an appointment they made me wait for THREE HOURS, I was very disappointed and NEVER COME BACK AGAIN, SO NEGLIGENT AND SO IRRESPONSIBLE,

I made an appt at 9 am to have a tire fail sensor replaced...,I did not leave till 12:30 after being repeatedly lied to as to when the car would be ready. Turns out store does not keep replacement sensors in stock and recpt girl felt it was acceptable to repeatedly lie and tell me it was almost done, it will just be another 15 minutes. Rather then just tell the truth that a sensor was being delivered. I don't understand why anyone would think this is an acceptable why to conduct business. We won't come back here.

DON’T COME HERE!!! I came here to do an inspection on my car, with appointment. They told me to wait in the office, after 20mins I wanted to check on my car and it was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! And non of the workers could give me an answer. After 5mins two of the guys that work here returned with my car, apparently they were doing a “run test” without my consent, without asking or telling me about it. Don’t ever come here. They are shady!!! I DON’T trust this place. Oh and on another note, the workers are smoking while working. What kind of work place is this? The owner of this place really needs to come see this mess and fix it.

I'm not an expert on cars. My 2015 Nissan Altima S had a very slight vibration while stopped at traffic lights so I decided to just get a tune up. After getting one, the vibration is stronger (giving me a headache) and the engine is less quiet when accelerating. I should have gotten an inspection (or diagnostic) somewhere before making the decision.

I gave them a phone call and quickly realized this place is not for me. Management has that “know it all” attitude, and ended up being completely wrong. Be weary of this place, tires are easy, but I wouldn’t have them do anything else.

I booked an appointment online for 11:00 am, I got to the store at 10:55am and the clerk and the manager told me my appointment was canceled. They Insisted that they tried to call me... big fat lie! I left my house at 10:20...received an email from them at 10:23am which I was not able to check because I was driving and already on my way. I received another email at 10:59 stating that they tried to call me. Appointments get canceled all the time but 30 minutes before the appointment time is not acceptable and the fact that they tried to put the blame on me for not answering my phone, which is a lie, is even worse. They did NOT once call me.

Had an appt. with them. Get there, they tell me it will be an hour for an oil change. My car takes regular oil. Manager claims it takes synthetic. Ford says to use regular oil but synthetic can be used but not necessary. Manager tells me to take up the issue with the Mfr. A $29.99 oil change, he now tried to shove up me for a synthetic at $85.00. Don't go there. They rip you off every chance they can.Service: Oil change

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Had an appointment for 8am to have brakes done, didn’t leave until 1240pm. They never took my tires off to inspect my brakes. When they finally finished my truck , the tech had my vehicle out 25 minutes doing road test. Very shady business.

After seeing the reviews people posted here, I guess nothing has been changed with them.They worked on my A/C and advised me that the only thing needed to be fixed was the freon refill. I paid $800 for that stuff which initially another clerk at the same shop told me $300. A manager signaled at her and she all of a sudden told me $800 for the refill. Since I just wanted to have A/C fixed I told them to go ahead and fix. I paid $800.1 week and a half later, A/C stops blowing cold again. I stopped by the shop and the manager with a cold face just told me to book an appointment for them to take a look at again. I asked for refund but he said he can't process it.I then asked why in the first place they couldn't fix it? He said it seemed like the freon was leaking and he said 'if it takes two weeks to leak, how can the shop find it out in a couple of hours?'Isn't that why they inspect the car in the first place and they are so-called "mechanics?" Then he got offended by my questions since I asked him "so will you charge me more since you'd likely tell me I needed new this and new that?" He and I went back and forth.All that I asked was probably his understanding on how frustrating it can be after seeing A/C stop blowing cold again even after spending $800 for a repair that Firestone guys said "it's just a refill, no leaks"LOL. Do they even know what they are doing?I just wanted my refund but they can't process. So now I am stuck with them. I am not even sure if they can fix my A/C ever, since they will work on something and say "that's not it, bring it again" after charing me a GRIP.I tried to ask the manager why in the first place they couldn't fix. He instead continued to get offended by what I had to say and tried to just fight back and defend his position as if I were to sue Firestone over $800 A/C repair.How many new parts or pieces will they need until they find out what was wrong with the A/C?Can they even fix it? I don't want to keep throwing another set of $800 just for the manager to look at the clerk and for me to watch another price jump from $300 to $800.I am not taking my vehicle to this shop ever again. I am even considering my $800 blown. I made a complaint on their corporate contact. I need my money back. Better being put somewhere.I just wanted my A/C fixed man. This is getting harder than applying for a college admission.
