Horrible freight forwarder and customs broker. We had so many shipments come in with water damages with no explanation. On top of that, they would constantly misfile our customs paperwork under the wrong import HTS codes, resulting in thousands of dollars in extra duties. Stay away!

I dont wanna give even one star but there is no option. Let me tell you one thing company pay you for the work not to sit there and use your phone. Somebody have to drop to load 2600 miles away and they dont enough time to waste like you. Learn to respect time, learn to do your job. Don’t just look and ignore. Also learn how to talk to somebody, people work hard..

Staff inside driver check in area help ypu when they decide too and they are very unprofessional like you showing up ruined there day. pathetic!
