Wonderful service. Jermaine came with the battery service truck and got right to work. A new battery was not needed, but service was. I then went to Falcon Auto Service, and Marvin was so kind and explained the process. I am delighted with the service. Thank you.

I was just 2 miles away, but it took them 3 hours to arrive. They refused to sell my car as-is at auction side so I called AAA for towing it home. The driver claimed he couldn’t tow without license plates, so I showed him that. Then he said he needed the registration, which I provided a picture of. He falsely claimed to call his company, then drove off without helping.

Left my 20 year old stranded claiming AAA rules that this company doesn't even know. I would strongly recommend calling anyone else if you need towing. And the people answering the phones are terrible. Use Brufdys, they know the actual AAA guidelines and won't leave you stranded.

Best roadside assistance for electric vehicles. Dead battery or EV? Call Falcon. I've used Falcon towing a number of times, and recommended them to all my friends and family when they need towing or vehicle service. It's an established and honest family business that provides quality service backed by AAA. The mechanic shop changed a motor in my old car so quickly and for such a fair price a few years ago that i've brought all my cars here for scheduled service since then. They always exceed my expectations. Highly recommend.

Falcon Towing was absolutely great The customer service representative was on point The falcon Towing Truck was already on the property attending to a neighbor in my community so the The Falcon Representative informed me that the towing truck will be with me in minutes. Overall I was satisfied with the telephone communication and the the Falcon Representative who gave me a battery charge. Anytime I call Triple AAA I’m going to request Falcon. I was extremely satisfied with their service

So, we had to use Falcon Towing since they're contracted by AAA (as I'm sure a lot of others have AAA, as well) but this is just a warning to others. The driver who delivered my husband's truck on a flatbed didn't secure the truck. When he lifted the bed, the truck rolled off and slammed in to our garage door. 6 MONTHS LATER AND FALCON REFUSES TO FIX OUR DOOR. Every single time, I have had to call and get an update. Jerry, the manager, always had a reason why he never called me back. Brought out a garage door company. Jerry wanted to send his guy. His guy came out. Said our door needed to be replaced. All of a sudden, Jerry isn't taking my calls any more. According to the office, he's the General Manager and there isn't any one else to speak to. Funny since their website says "Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied!" and states it's a family-owned business. BEWARE! And watch their drivers like hawks. If they damage your property they will start avoiding calls and refuse to take responsibility. Use at your own risk!

I called them in April because my car wasn’t starting. They took almost 3 HOURS to drive over to my house. This is not the FIRST TIME that they have taken a long time to send a tow truck driver. They have done this 2 times before. In 2018, they weren’t this slow. It seems no other Towing Company in the South Bay is connected to AAA like they have a complete monopoly over the South Bay

Back in March, I had the pleasure of using Falcon Tow Truck Service for a pickup from Harbor City. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Caesar, the tow truck operator. Caesar was incredibly informative and had a great sense of humor, making the whole process enjoyable. He explained every step of the towing process, detailing how to retrieve my car and where I could get it repaired. His expertise on the intricacies of towing, especially considering the specific requirements for my vehicle, was impressive. Never in my life had I encountered a service call that was so enlightening. It was more than just a tow; it was a learning experience that I truly appreciated.
Fast forward to tonight, and I found myself needing Falcon's services again, this time for a tow from Torrance to the Valley. Once again, I was met with outstanding service. I don't remember the name of the driver but he was very helpful explaining to me about the. 02 sensor and where I can purchase it.
The dispatcher, Vanessa, was an absolute delight. She organized the tow seamlessly, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Vanessa's helpfulness, along with her delightful and funny demeanor, had me laughing and at ease during what could have been a stressful situation. Her professionalism and warmth made all the difference.
Overall, Falcon Tow Truck Service has consistently provided top-notch service. Their team, from tow truck operators like Caesar to dispatchers like Vanessa, goes above and beyond to ensure customers are informed, comfortable, and satisfied. I highly recommend Falcon Tow Truck Service for their exceptional customer service and expertise.

Falcon Auto Repair did a wonderful job replacing my fuel filter and fuel pump. For some reason, it fixed my fuel gauge too. It's been broken for ten years and now it works! It drives better too. Thank you for doing such a great job!
