The entire Enterprise team is amazing. Jason, the assistant branch manager helped me out tremendously. They are always very friendly, attentive and go above and beyond. They always have a wide variety of vehicles to rent and always clean and reliable. Thank you ERAC team!!

The worst place ever !! I was sent here by insurance with a reservation. Upon drop off by my mechanic o was told they had no cars available as I observed a parking lot full of cars. The lady was nice but seemed unwilling to give any service or provide any type of solutions. I was almost in tears after her telling me I'd have to come back later or tomorrow she'll call me . She then asked if I could take an electrical car temporarily. I agreed, with the understanding that I would get a call back as soon as they have a car ready. (She couldn't have any of the cars cleaned until she was sent "help" allegedly she couldn't give me any car since they needed to be cleaned) I agreed because I NEEDED A CAR ! As a very busy single mom of 2 in sports and a business to run I was at their mercy due to time! She explained to Me they didn't have chargers for the electric car I'd have to google a place to charge ( I don't own a electric car I don't know what it takes to charge -time wise) she never called me that day or the next then it was weekend .. I went to charge this car and it said it would take 7 hrs to do so. I called the Hertz immediately to let them know of my frustration, and that I will not be bringing back. The car charged as I was not given a charger due to the fact that they no longer provide because of theft... I let them know that I would not be in the situation. Had they been prepared for my reservation or even called me back the very next day... Instead of solving the issue, she said I should come in and complain to her manager who is never available to call anyone back hurts is very difficult to get a hold of their customer service and I am extremely upset inconvenienced and without a charger... stay away from as they do not like to anything to help their clients. .. BTW THE CAR WAS DIRTY .. I would have rather a gas eating dirty car .. thanks

Car was clean but though a new Mazda CX-30 had serious design problem which made driving through the dark desert at night with heavy truck traffic distracting and very annoying. Instrument panel reflects a mirror image on tinted side window and additionally position of side mirror closer to one’s face than other cars I’ve driven so when side traffic alert occurs bright amber light appears in the same area of instrument reflection adding to the visual mess!

The enterprise Rent-A-Car in Gardena California provided exceptional service to meet my immediate needs for rental car. My auto insurance carrier, which is AAA secured a 30 day rental car for me through this location. After the 30 day period expire, the agents at this location were very efficient and considerate as they assisted me with continuing and extension on my rental car.

Wow, the folks here at this Enterprise shop are all wonderful! I had a fender-bender, and while my car was getting repaired, I rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Gardena. First, I took my pickup truck to Caliber Collision down the street in Gardena since they are also contracted with my auto insurance. (The service there was fantastic, too!) So, no joke, Enterprise picked me up, just like the commercials say. But even better than that was the man who picked me up was super, super patient! It took me a while to read all the fine print on the body shop's service contact, and the man from Enterprise didn't make me feel rushed at all. When he took me from Caliber to Enterprise, he drove very safely and was kind and polite. I had called ahead and requested a pickup truck. They confirmed that I wanted a full size one. I said it didn't have to be full size, so they got me one with kind of a short bed. Turned out that I didn't know that not being full size meant it would have a shorter bed. Not their fault at all. You'd think that since I own a full size pickup truck I'd know that! Live and learn! The truck they gave me was fun to drive even if it was too short to transport my 9' surf board. Again, not at all their fault. It was a GMC. The young lady who did the pre-rental walk-around with me was also very patient. She explained what counts as normal wear and tear and what counts as damage. She was very patient while I took pictures and videos of the vehicle during the walk-around. The gas was almost at the full line, so that was convenient. The truck was very clean, ran perfectly, and was fun to drive. They also made sure that I got a nice vehicle that was within the rates my car insurance would pay for. I am pretty sure that since they have an agreement with Connect Insurance by American Family (through Costco), that Enterprise charged me a discounted rate. I was super happy that I didn't have to drive a bucket or a tiny tin can around while my own vehicle got repaired. They even washed the rental truck right before giving it to me. The only thing I had to do was replace the gas I used. When it was time to pick up my repaired truck from Caliber Collision, they allowed me to leave the rental car at Caliber Collision. A day or two later, I picked up my receipt from Enterprise, and I was not charged anything extra.
