They were really nice despite having to wait 3.5 hours for an oil chg with an appt. Apparently they ran out of oil filters. It’s my first time using them. They rotate your tires as well. After I left, pretty much immediately my low tire pressure light came on. I didn’t see any nails and I knew they were prob just about ready to close.
Took my car up to my normal mail tire place the next day and one of the tires was alittle low.
I would prob use them again. I think based on the situation they prob were rushing too since I got my car done around their closing time.
They stayed professional and gave me a discount coupon to come back due to the LONG 3.5 hours of me being there

Went in for brake checks (FREE). Quoted over $900 for both front & back, mind you, labor was over $400. But 4-star to the second gentleman who took another look at my quote and ensured I had something done within my budget. You’re the real MVP! Total under $400, front ONLY urgent. Will return for back later. Minus 1-star for other “non mechanical” reasons.

Price for the two tires I bought was less than online price, which I was both pleased and surprised.
Service was good except I was suppose to be contacted when my vehicle was ready(about 2-3 hours after I dropped off my vehicle). I ended up contacting Discount Tires about 6 after I dropped off my vehicle or about 2 1/2 hours after I was suppose to receive a call (I was busy with other issues to call sooner).
Also, I noticed two valve stem covers are missing

New location! Can be a bit crowded at times. They had the best price in town, by far! The employees are helpful and friendly. Looks like I found a new tire store!

These guys are big Time Thieves!!! this place stole things our of my car. and then Deny it. They left my car completely unlocked with all windows down when i came to pick up. Things were stolen from my car and all they cared about was "we didn't steal anything"
