Terrible service two days ago I went to get help with my phone that I bought, I don't know much about cleaning for viruses that my phone had that I had only bought it two months ago, a girl that is there told me in a bad way nothing can be done You have to buy another phone, very bad way to deal with it, solve the problem because I took it to another store and in less than ten minutes it was fixed, they are useless.

This store needs 0 stars. The worker named David did fraud. He was suppose to help us get a 2022 iPhone SE which he did. But what he ended up doing was charging use $890 and lying to progressive leasing saying we got 2 speakers. He literally told my husband that he qualified a “free” speaker, but in the end he charged us for 2 which he put on the bill for the leasing company. He is a shady person. When we found out recently with the leasing company and put us in shock for the lies and charges he put on our account. He took my husbands info through the guys personal phone which is not right. He is doing fraud. When we asked what his name was, he wouldn’t give it to us. He wouldn’t give us his supervisors name either or number saying he can’t give out personal info. He obviously knows what he did because any worker will give up that info but he didn’t. He needs to get in trouble for his actions. He is a liar and a fraudulent person. I wouldn’t ever go back to this store or recommend anybody to this store.

Everyone was really friendly. But when I went to open a new line they never asked me what plan I wanted and just rung it for the $60 plan when i wanted the $30 one .
