Awful experience each time. Internet goes out at least once a month. Takes hours to fix on the phone-- every time. My experience tonight was from 6pm-9pm. After work I found myself spending the next three hours trying to get a hold of someone, calling multiple times, having one person telling me they would run a test that would take an hour, then never call me back. After another 45 minutes of trying to get a hold of someone, that person says no one can help me until the morning. Hours of my life wasted. Not only are problems like these consistent with this company, it's to the point where it's so frustrating I feel physically sick. On top of all of that, it's expensive --$75 a month for a migraine. Choose another option if you can, and if this is the only provider a complex will offer, just move somewhere else completely. Absolutely awful experience and frustrating beyond belief.

Terrible experience. Apartment complex switched to smartaira, and it never works properly. Constantly disconnecting, terrible signal, terrible customer service. Have called 5 times to get fixed and still not resolved. Seems like everyone else here has had the same experience.

Worst internet I have ever experience in my life. They have just switched us over to Smartaira (assume to rebrand because they have such bad reviews) and this is even worse.It’s been switched over for about 10 days and I would say I’ve had solid intent for about 50% of the time.STAY AWAY

Waste of money! Service never works!!! And they charge you for every 10 days continuously even when you have already paid it will say you are delinquent. My bank notified me of the fraudulent activity from consolidated smart system

It would be a decent deal if you could rely on it, however, you can't. I have never had an internet connection that is consistently down multiple times a week. Avoid this company if there is another option.

I made a review before and I deleted it thinking my issue was resolved. It’s not, signal isn’t being reached throughout the apartment. They sent the same technician twice, who the second time did not seem happy that he had to come back and move the router and was kinda rude afterwards.I called, messaged and emailed to get in contact with someone to fix my issue with my signal not reaching. I never got a response and I got in contact with technical support just for them to say they have to send them again but was never contacted back for when and what day. So my issue still persists after three days and those days affecting my job as I work from home. If I knew that my complex was new to Blue Rim/Smartaira I could’ve stuck with my provider before. I’m already scheduled to switch but I have to wait until October :/Edit: I called again and was told the same thing about them escalating it, two people already told me this and yet I’m not getting any actual updates. I already told them I had only one coaxial port for smartaira and bought a wifi extender but they’re gonna send someone out to place another router… how?? When the one spot is already being used.

The apartment complex that me and my girlfriend live in has their internet supplied by Blue Rim/Smartaira. Unfortunately, this is the worst internet service I have ever received. We have routine troubles with getting devices connected to the internet and constant service outages. This past weekend we lost service 3 times. I am having to write this review using my phone's hotspot because we have had a service outage for almost 36 hours with only one update thus far. On top of that, it seems like their techs don't know what they are talking about or doing beyond reading scripted suggestions. I hope our apartment changes ISPs soon.

Set up service with CJ yesterdaycall number was 150268.was really helpful explaining the process. Made everything easy for me to understand what I was getting myself into with their services. Had the internet installed today and wow it’s really fast internet. Tested it out with Netflix playing on 3 devices and two phones on YouTube and no lag and all devices downloaded fast. Thanx again will be referring to family

Really really nice customer support, always help and always polite... seriously I am paying for don't know what, internet working same as you don't have one... constant unstoppable loading and loading, can't work and can't watch TV and where I live you can't have anything else than that ...

Perhaps being held hostage over a questionable internet/phone/cable contract my building made 30 years, leaving my building NO other option but service but this one - which is why I added a second star. All in all, unimpressive: spotty service. I have the radio on or my fire stick. One thing at a time & it’s still lagging.

I had an excellent experience setting up service with Smartaira. Leah went above and beyond: she not only helped me select an internet package that suits my partner’s and my work from home needs, but she also connected me to a trial offer for DirectTV streaming services. I’m hopeful the internet connection will be as wonderful as the customer service. :)

George was so helpful and professional!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. George took the time to explain things to me and walk me through what I needed to know. He set up both of my TVs and made the process so simple! I am a very happy customer! :)
