I believe they are recommending I trespass on someone's property instead of working with me on a shipping issue for an order I placed over the weekend.
Would advise against this company all day every day, and recommend working with your credit card companies/banks to begin processing charge backs for everyone that did not get what they ordered.

So far so good with products, though, I really do not see that much of a difference vs. other comparable products out there. I'll update the review after the full external detail. They nailed the marketing and the packaging. I really like the videos - very helpful. Free shipping took 1 week. They have a lot of specials, so it can be worth it to save $ vs. Amazon.

No stubborn stain in the fabric or embedded contaminate in the paint that they can help you resolve. If you’re a weekend detailer for your personal vehicles or if you’re thinking of starting your own mobile detailing business. Stop by talk to the staff and they will guide you in the right direction no budget too big or small. Also, they offer a points program, which every dollar you spent you accumulate points. Which you can redeem for discounts or save up and get a detailing class. The cars and coffee that are held here are always good to come by since two or the same. Awesome vehicles that are on display and some out the box builds that you’ve never expect as well.

My experience has not been positive at all. I am disappointed, as TCG's was recommended to me as a reputable company. I have updated everything as it happened and tried to be very fair in my review. I purchased a detailing product, "VRP". My trim was not in bad shape overall. It just had a relatively dull appearance. There was no mention on the VRP label of utilizing any other products prior to application. According to the label I had a correct product and I followed directions. Unfortunately, it left the exterior trim of my vehicle a streaky mess that cannot appear be cleaned. I contacted their customer service and sent images of the damage. We also spoke briefly on the phone. They told me to use an additional 2 products to clean up the streaks, then to use the same "VRP" product again. They did give me a $50 coupon for the suggested products. I received the products and used them as recommended by the instructions and the customer service guy. I attempted several times to remove the stains. My vehicle was only marginally better. I emailed them 2 times since then with additional pictures to document the same problem after following their instructions in sequence with all products. They are now totally ignoring me and no longer responding at all. The main solution I suggested to them was simply to have the car damage detailed by a local detail shop of their choice. If that did not fix the problem, I felt that a trim replacement would probably be appropriate considering the extent of the damage. I have heard nothing. I am regrettably consulting with my lawyer for a legal remedy. Check out the attached pictures.
UPDATE: Unfortunately they have totally ignored the letter / deadline from the lawyer. All I asked for was a detailer to hopefully clean this mess up! The Chemical Guys are totally unwilling to support the damage that their product has done. They know that I won't spend more money on legal action and they are right. I am left with this damage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!!
SECOND UPDATE...I finally heard back from the lawyers letter (after the 30 day deadline). To be fair, I'll paste The Chemical guys response directly (see below). Bottom line is they are not willing to fix my issue as they are claiming that their product did not cause this damage. I will not be taking them up on their "gesture" for a $50 coupon. My truck is pretty messed up. Why would I do this after their product ruined my car? ...They are so lame and as I said above, "They know that I won't spend more money on legal action, and they are right." I am beyond disappointed that what appeared to be a reputable company would not take any responsibility at all for their product. See the response from TCG through my lawyer below...
"Thank you for bringing your client's concern to our attention. After a thorough review, we
have determined that the issue your client experienced is not a known problem with our
product.
As a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to provide your client with an additional $50 website
credit. Additionally, we are prepared to offer a refund for the purchase price of the product.
A check can be issued once your client provides a copy of the receipt, as the item was
purchased through a third party.
We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but based on the images
and description provided, the issue does not appear to be related to the VRP product.
Please note that the seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, nor accepts any
responsibility for any direct or consequential damages beyond the purchase price, as the
seller has no control over the user's handling or effect of use."

So, I ordered a car cleaning kit from Chemical Guys and my package never shipped.
No big deal right? I'll write to them and ask what the situation is?
Wrong....
I have emailed (they put you off by saying they will look into it), I have called- no one answers and the line just hangs up on you.
Come on, this isn't that difficult. If you're overwhelmed let me know, if you screw up let me know.... anything just make an attempt to work it out. Not these folks, from what I have seen so far is that customer service is pretty bad and practically non existent.

I wish I'd read the other negative reviews before ordering from Chemical Guys. Their local retailer was closed for days and not answering the phone. After two wasted trips to a locked and dark location during open hours I purchased online while still parked in front of the store, to avoid another wasted trip. Doing so incurred additional shipping charges. Got distracted by two homeless guys near store front and forgot to apply coupon code during checkout which would've offset shipping charge. Emailed Chemical Guys the following day (Sunday) to explain the circumstances and followed up Monday morning. Got the 'sorry dude' brush off. Not feelin' future transactions.

What a great experience. I have been buying their products for years but did not know they had a brick-and-mortar store. I went to the one in Burbank (it was great) but they could not figure out something on my car and suggested I drive down to this location. I am so happy I did!!! Parker and Jose really took care of me. They were happy with the task of figuring out what product I needed and helped me solve the challenge! I was so happy as it had been a year and no result from anything yet. They gave me great product suggestions based on my needs and things I will actually use not just something else to buy. They took the time to look at my car and see what would be best and listened to me and how I would or may not use them. All in all, I got some great new product suggestions and finally fixed something on my car. I appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to needing something else soon to keep my car in perfect condition. Thank you Parker and Jose!
