What happen to customer service. Can even go in to open account without having an appointment . So i couldn't open one. And the place was practically empty.

Deposited $500 cash into their ATM (their ATMs never give paper receipts), I check my account, MONEY NEVER DEPOSITED. Contacted Chase customer service, they spoke with this branch and this branch said I NEVER deposited $500 cash! LYING BRANCH! $500 is a lot of money to some people!!!

Only one atm outside and unable to unlock door with card. This has been the case for a long time now.

I've only been to this bank three times. First to make an ATM deposit. Second because my friend needed to make an ATM withdrawal. Third to make a cash withdrawal with a teller. (Funny it takes a third visit to finally write about the experience.) It was a quick one, I'll say. There were two tellers available, so the line of three people went by very quickly. No muss, no fuss, just quick in and out. For real, though, I don't think I was in the branch more than 3 minutes. Even I wondered why I was done so quickly. Heh... I hope all visits are always like this...

Took a friend here so they can go take care of some account manners and I waited outside but it was nice clean and other than that if I had to open a bank account I would probably go to this Chase

I literally called over the phone before coming in to make sure it’s OK so that I can open an account. A young lady put me on hold to go ask and I was told to come in. When I got there they were acting clueless as to what was going on, who answered the phone, who answered the question and what was said.

Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, young, uneducated, unfriendly workers. Janet if you hate your job find something else that suits you. It makes this business branch look awful and I will not be coming back here. My debit card expired and Chase never sent a replacement. I went in yesterday to withdraw money and inquire about getting a new card. Janet mentioned I can do it on the app. I then proceeded to inquire the teller Natasha to see if they sent a new card etc she said she would look into it but she never answered my question. So today I went in and saw Janet again and asked her for help. I mentioned that I spoke to her yesterday about ordering a new card and told her I couldn't find the option in the app. This time she looked super annoyed and bothered that I went up and asked her a question. She was too busy on an iPad and had her head down the whole time and looked upset. She was leaning against a podium next to the door and had her hand on her chin. When I approached her about the situation and explained she let out a BIG SIGH and said "OPEN THE APP and I'll show you" in an arrogant and upset manner--as if she was talking to one of her homegirls. At that point I was a bit irritated standing there that her full attention was on that stupid iPad instead of assisting my questions and so I left and said "never mind I'll go ask someone else" She then follows me from behind and I heard her say "We're you not able to open the app?" I told her that I was going ask someone else's help since I was going to pull money out anyway. I waited in line and the teller's computer happened to "go down" and whaddayaknow here comes stuck up Janet walking in to open up a window. It so happened that she ended up being the person I'd go up to. She immediately knew I needed a new card so that whole time I was asking about the card she was useless and not helpful. She couldn't answer basic questions and didn't know the answer to my inquiries and had to ask the girl next to her. She also told me to call the customer service number to ask I'm like what the heck are you working here for basic questions she didn't know. When she handed my cash withdrawal she didn't even bother to count like others do and just threw it under the glass. This branch needs to educate these young workers and give proper training. Learn basic customer service skills and be more professional. Cringe knowing these people here don't know what to do.

Gave this chase a couple more chances but still nothing has improved. The wait time here is ridiculous. Morning noon, after noon you name it. I don't understand why not hire more tellers, or transfer tellers from a different location. I can write this whole review as I stand in line and wait. You need more people here, fix it.

We met Jessica Ibarra so my mom told me if she wants money once she tolds me to pick that choice for that card, after signing in that name for your bank account!
