Really fair prices, great variety of plants of all shapes and sizes. A few months after buying a number of plants I had some questions about upkeep and their health. Jessica came all the way to my house to check up on them, answer my questions and make recommendations. The kind of service that's rare these days!

The nursery itself has a variety of plants. However ... the woman at the front is rude, I stood in at the front desk waiting for her to get off of a personal call for 15 minutes, up until I asked if she was going to help me or not. I don’t understand how some people that own business feel that they shouldn’t have customer service. As for her husband “the owner” he too had the need to ask me if I knew who he was? Haha... what?! Egotistical much. You being an owner doesn’t justify your ignorance towards customers. I mean the plants at this location are good and the older men that work there with plants are great. Unfortunately the main people that you have to deal with are the owners and they are not a breath of sunshine. I would recommend Gardena Nursery over Centenos.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The staff is rude and do not pay attention to you. What appeared to be the owner(everyone called him Centeno) was not only rude but passive aggressive. I was asking him for a certain plant and his response was that I did not know what I am talking about. Last time I checked Mexican Sage was the common name for Salvia leucantha. Centeno basically humiliated me in front of his employees and other customers although I was right.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND PEOPLE. SO MANY OTHER NURSERIES OUT THERE WITH BETTER PLANTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love this store!! They are very helpful, relaxed, and well priced. I was very apprehensive about committing to getting a plant. They really helped us figure out get plants that are easy to care for.
